By means of this article we will analyze the usefulness of the labor agreement and the job description in the performance evaluation process, so as to integrate the tools provided by the Human Resources discipline and the Labor Law dispositions. This article addresses the steps that must be taken into consideration in order to penalize employees that breach their labor obligations. This includes the implementation of an action plan and the final decision of the dismissal of an employee. For these purposes, we will explain the significance of the labor dispositions related to serious mistakes.

The objective of this research is to explain how Body Paint favors the argumentation of the anatomical structures of the human body in the students of the Morphology and Function course of the Obstetrics career at a Private University of Lima, period 2020-I. the participants that constituted the sample of the present study were 15 students of the 2nd cycle of the Morphology and Function I course. The methodology used developed a qualitative approach, descriptive - explanatory scope and phenomenological design. For the collection of information, interviews and an observation guide were applied to the students applying Body Paint. This article is about how it a comprehensive curriculum should be understood in the context of true education concept. A comprehensive curriculum should be a continent composed of the human being skills: thinking, language, mechanical ability and political skills. The continent comprises all the human cultural development, organized in: science, technologies resulting from them and humanities. From this concept we propose a methodology for university training that follows this sequence: diagnosis, professional profile, work areas, curriculum structure, generation of curricular units, curriculum and summaries as well as syllabus.

The Spanish Constitution was adopted in 1978. It contains some articles related to migration issues. According to article 13.1, aliens shall enjoy the rights guaranteed by the Constitution under the terms to be laid down by treaties and the Spanish law. Article 13 refers also to the question of extradition and to the possibility of seeking asylum in Spain. This work aims to determine the scope of these provisions, taking into account both the Constitutional Court’s case law adopted to implement it, and the international obligations assumed by the State. Besides that, the analysis should consider, on the one side, that since the adoption of the Constitution, Spain is not a country of origin of migrants any more, but a country of destination. And, on the other side, the deep impact of the European integration process on migration Spanish law and policy.

Integrating the prescriptive and linear approach of NSD with the non-linear approach of service design can enhance value cocreation orientation in service innovation. Then, the objectives of this study are to explore these complementarities, propose an integrated model that enhances value cocreation in service innovation, and evaluate this model. This paper addresses the complex relationship between democracy, justice, and due process in the context of the fight against terrorism and subversion that kept Peru in a climate of anxiety during the 1980s and 1990s. It highlights the need to critically analyze whether the laws and judicial practices employed during that period were truly fair and respectful of the rule of law. The author therefore stresses the importance of defending democracy from those who seek to undermine it. This article analyzes the outcomes of a teaching innovation project that integrated digital tools and artificial intelligence into history courses at a private university in Peru (the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru) during 2023 and 2024. The teaching innovation demonstrated that these technologies transform the classroom experience by generating new research questions, enabling the analysis of complex social processes, and approaching data collection and the dissemination of student research in new ways. The interactivity of digital tools promotes an interdisciplinary approach and greater student participation in the classroom, preparing students for the professional challenges of the 21st century.

The process of constitutionalization of law, more precisely of civil law, has caused a series of positive changes for the protection of fundamental rights; however, it is necessary to mention that, prior to this step, a "civilization" of constitutional law had to be carried out, that is, a progressive incorporation of some figures of private law in the Constitution in order to protect the interests of people. In that way, the present study seeks to vindicate the civil origins of the protection of the person and their interests, making a historical review from the phenomenon of codification to how the current Civil Code of 1984 protects, within the civil jurisdiction, the protection of person.
