We present a scheme of eHealth based on teleconsults aimed to reduce unexpected events and complications in type-2 diabetes mellitus (DM-II). To this end, this study has considered the history of glucose tests taken as input inside a predictive mathematical scheme based on probabilities. The resulting output goes to a real-time monitoring system in order to detect and update those cases where patients would require of rapid assistance. The simulations have shown that the opportune intervention of teleconsults might be effective in the sense of monitoring diet and drug-based treatment by employing simple mobile phones and minimal software applications. El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de definir la influencia de una aplicación web en el proceso de medición de resultados del estudiante del programa de Ingeniería de Sistemas Computacionales de una Universidad Privada en el año 2019. El tipo de estudio fue preexperimental; con una muestra constituida por los procesos de medición de resultados del estudiante ejecutados en los semestres 2018-2 y 2019-1. The objective of this investigation was to confirm the effects of the application of the speech-therapy program to strengthen phonological awareness in children of 5 years of educational institutions in Lima, Peru. A sample of 353 children has been obtained from eight educational institutions selected by convenience. A pre-test was applied, which was then contrasted by a post-test, both measuring a total of seven tests related to phonological awareness, in addition to chi-square tests in order to confirm the hypothesis, which was. Recent international evaluations regarding educational level have revealed that Peru is in the rankings of countries with the lowest performance in various subjects, including mathematics. The Polya method is presented as a solution to this serious situation, which assures that if its four steps are considered, better results will be obtained than the traditional method of teaching mathematics. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of the program I discover my potentialities in a group of first cycle university students; the study design was preexperimental, it worked with a sample of 382 students from the business, engineering and humanities areas, of both sexes and from national and private schools; BarOn's ICE emotional intelligence inventory was used for pre and post measurement. Significant differences were found between the pre and post after applying the PRODPE, which shows that the program achieved the development of emotional skills.

The Universidad Autónoma del Perú (UA) implemented its Quality Management System in 2015 achieving the ISO 9001: 2015 certification in February 2019. This certification covers all the processes related to student support services, laboratories, degrees and diplomas among others. Due the specificity for educational organizations of ISO 21001: 2018 standard, the UA considered to align the current management system with the ISO 21001: 2018 requirements, beginning with the Systems Engineering Program. This paper displays the methodology and the results of the compliance assessment of the existing processes against the ISO 21001: 2018 Clause 8.5 in February 2019. We designed and tested the feasibility of the Smoking Cessation Training Program for Oncology Practice (STOP), a hybrid (face-to-face plus web-based) educational intervention to enhance Spanish-speaking cancer care professionals’ (CCPs’) ability to provide brief smoking prevention and cessation counseling to cancer patients and survivors. Changes in the CCPs’ competencies (knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy, and practices toward smoking and smoking cessation services) were assessed post-training.
