En este trabajo investigo fuentes periodísticas de la Emancipación: Mercurio Peruano, El Pacifcador del Perú y La Abeja Republicana, hitos de la expresión literaria del periodo y cimientos de la publicación libre de regulaciones editoriales impuestas por el sistema español. Sobre la base de estos diarios (1970 - 1822) establecemos, desde los contenidos artísticos, una comparación entre las intencionalidades discursivas de los editores y de los enunciadores sobre la base de algunas epístolas, poemas y notas, que muestra una estrecha relación entre literatura e historia del Perú. The work Conocimiento, uso de lenguas y migración en el centro poblado de Huancapón (Cajatambo, Lima), presented by Luisa Portilla Durand as a thesis for a degree in Linguistics, and consisting of five chapters, is an analysis of the results obtained in the first Sociolinguistic Census carried out in the province of Cajatambo (Dept. of Lima) in 1986. The subject population is that of the town of Huancapón, belonging to the district of the same name, located in the province of Cajatambo.

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el conocimiento sobre salud oral y las prácticas de higiene bucal en padres de familia con niños en edad preescolar en una institución educativa. Material y métodos: Estudio de enfoque cuantitativo aplicado, con un diseño no experimental, correlacional y de corte transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 300 padres de familia y la muestra no probabilística por 100 participantes. Se emplearon dos cuestionarios, uno para conocimiento de salud oral con una validez V Aiken de 0,86 y otro para prácticas de higiene bucal con una validez de 0,87. La prueba de confiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach de 0,897 indica que existe relación entre las dos variables del estudio. This lexicographical survey is based on a sample taken upon reviewing in the 2001 22nd edition of the Diccionario de la Real Academia Española (DRAE) 1700 headwords bearing the mark Argentina in one or more meanings. Even though this is a preliminary study, it spotlights the lexical similarity in the Spanish spoken in Argentina and Peru. This similarity is noticeable not only in the handling of expressions typical to general, supranational Spanish, but also in the treatment of expressions shared exclusively by Argentina and Peru and in the usage in Peru of Argentinian expressions yet to be recorded in the DRAE with the additional label Perú. So besides demonstrating the remarkable lexical coincidence between the two countries, some amendments are put forward for a number of headwords, either by attaching the label Perú or by correcting some meanings or adding new meanings.

O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar aspectos importantes do ensino do curso de língua espanhola a nível universitário. É necessário diferenciar as abordagens inclinadas ao ensino de conceitos lingüísticos, em oposição à abordagem orientada a aspectos práticos que respondem às expectativas básicas de um curso de Língua Espanhola (escrita e expressão oral). A influência da juventude e do discurso popular também deve ser levada em consideração, entendendo-se que não se trata de excluí-la ou condená-la, mas de identificar os contextos de interação sociolingüística nos quais é relevante utilizá-la.

In this article are analyzed the linguistic expressions of the colloquial Spanish of Lima in which men and women are conceptualized as animals. It studies the polysemy and metaphor of the zoomorphisms cerdo, lobo, perro and zorro, and their respective feminine forms. This is a qualitative research with a descriptive scope. The cognitive mechanism of metaphor, the extended version of the Prototype Theory (Lakoff, 1980, 1987) and the Frame Theory (Fillmore, 1982) are used in the analysis, all of which allow the detailing of the cognitive and cultural motivations that condition a certain social group to express itself in that way. Finally, new senses were identified in each zoomorphism, showing that words are prone to variation, which is determined by the use of the speakers, especially among the younger generations.

Introduction: Hypertension is a cardiovascular risk factor and the initial mechanism is unknown in 90% of the cases. Currently hypertension is considered a syndrome with metabolic and structural abnormalities where oxygen reactive species (ORS) play a preponderant pathophysiological role. El objetivo de este artículo es la caracterización de las manifestaciones lexicales y gramaticales de la corporalidad en las lenguas arawak. Consideramos que la noción de corporalidad en estas lenguas es central por la expresión de la persona y de la pacientividad; en otras palabras, un estado o calidad que tiene las características típicas del paciente. Este artículo empieza con una reflexión lexical sobre la cuestión de inalienabilidad de las partes del cuerpo, su nomenclatura –especialmente sobre la creación lexical– y la fuente de las emociones, como la palabra terena okóvo "guata" pero también "alma", o el wayuu -a’ain "corazón, alma" o el tariana -kale "corazón, mente, fuerza vital, alma, soplo". Este artículo analiza la discusión que opone, desde hace más de veinte años, a K.-O. Apel y J. Habermas acerca de la fundamentación de la Diskursethik. Al seguir paso a paso los argumentos de ambos para justificar, o bien una fundamentación última pragmático trascendental (Apel), o bien una versión débil de la fundamentación mediante las intuiciones morales cotidianas (Habermas), podemos entender los límites del análisis pragmático en el campo del fenómeno moral, y poner en cuestión el programa futuro del pragmatic turn de la filosofía.

El artículo pretende discutir, a la luz del debate contemporáneo entre moralidad y eticidad, los modelos de comportamiento moral en el Perú. La crítica a la moralidad (moral moderna) se desarrolla contrastando los ideales y la práctica de los liberales independentistas del S. XIX. A pesar de existir una mezcla de contenidos morales, las alternativas que se buscan posteriormente implican un retorno a la moral aristotélica y cristiana (eticidad). Esto es lo que se observa en filósofos como Alejandro Deustua, en políticos como Víctor Andrés Belaunde y José Carlos Mariátegui, y particularmente en la narrativa de José María Arguedas.

Este estudio investigó los proyectos de vida de 40 adolescentes con indicios de altas habilidades/superdotación, divididos igualmente en cuanto al sexo y tipo de superdotación (escolar o creativo-productiva). Para ello, preguntamos, a través del método clínico piagetiano, cuáles eran los proyectos de vida de los jóvenes y las justificaciones para cada una de las proyecciones. Se presentaron 229 proyectos, con énfasis para ‘formación académica’, ‘actividad profesional’, y ‘relación afectiva’. Las justificaciones fueron, principalmente, del tipo ‘autocentrado’, sugiriendo que la mayoría de las proyecciones no presentó la perspectiva moral y ética, pues señalaron los intereses individuales, desprovistos de los valores morales. This paper shows a mismatch between a real and pressing demand for a philosophical analysis that allows us to explain the emergence of new phenomena in law, and the limited supply of theoretical tools to satisfy this demand by the traditional model of positivistic science of law. After an initial diagnosis of a mismatch between supply and demand, the resistance of legal positivism to accept practical rationality stands out as a core problem of the traditional model of positivistic science of law and the viability of this way of rationality is defended. The paper concludes with a proposal for the reinvention of the philosophy of law of the 21st century that incorporates new objectives and rethinks its method.

This article reconstructs the notion of action that, anchored in a wider account of imputation practices, Hegel develops in the “Morality” chapter ofhis Philosophy of Right, beginning with a preliminary clarification of what it means that “crime” designates something that has the status of an action. Considering a set of premises found in some recent analytically oriented interpretations of Hegel’s work developed by Robert Brandom and Michael Quante, I examine the distinction proposed by Hegel between the concepts of deed and action, to then clarify the meaning of the “·right of knowledge” and its relationship to the “right of intention”. This enables one to make explicit the particular form of “compatiblism” that can be extracted from Hegel’s philosophy as a way to face the problem of moral luck.

My goal for this paper can be presented as follows: I will attempt to show that objections to intuitionism, although they are serious, do not undermine entirely its fertility for knowledge and moral reasoning. This is probably the perception of contemporary philosophers like David Enoch, Robert Audi, Russ Shafer-Landau or John McDowell. In order to fulfill the objective mentioned above, I will do the following. First, I will outline broadly two of the paradigmatic features of moral intuitionism in order to identify it as a particular metaethics doctrine.
