Aporta bases para la elaboración de estándares de aprendizajes para las áreas de Personal Social (Primaria); Formación Ciudadana y Cívica; Historia, Geografía y Economía; y Persona, Familia y Relaciones Humanas (Secundaria). Este estudio contiene dos partes. La primera es una revisión crítica de experiencias nacionales e internacionales en elaboración de expectativas de aprendizaje en las áreas mencionadas, tanto al nivel de propuestas de estándares de aprendizaje, de currículos o de evaluaciones de sistema. La segunda parte plantea una propuesta de organización de dominios para elaborar los estándares de aprendizaje de estas áreas. Cabe señalar que en la propuesta general de estándares de aprendizaje las expectativas de un área se organizan en dominios, por razones metodológicas.

Arbitration offers a fast and effective way to resolve disputes between different entities. Arbitrators have the responsibility to solve these conflicts with justice and impartiality. Given the importance of this function, it is necessary to have professionals who have developed their moral capacities to the fullest extent. Unfortunately, various acts of corruption have cast doubt on the moral capacity of some arbitrators and have highlighted the need to investigate the moral development of this population. Expone la fundamentación de las pruebas de la Evaluación Nacional 2004 (EN 2004) realizada por la Unidad de Medición de la Calidad Educativa (UMC) del Ministerio de Educación del Perú en noviembre de 2004. El primer capítulo expone el marco teórico y las especificaciones de las pruebas del área de Comunicación: comprensión de textos y producción de textos. El segundo capítulo presenta el marco teórico y las especificaciones de las pruebas del área de Matemática; el tercero, presenta los aspectos téoricos que sirven de base a las pruebas del eje de formación ciudadana.
