VINASSE IS ACIDIC, DARK BROWN WASTEWATER OBTAINED AS A RESIDUE FROM THE ALCOHOL DISTILLATION PROCESS, THE MAIN COMPONENT OF WHICH IS WATER, IN ADDITION TO MINERAL NUTRIENTS AND A HIGH ORGANIC LOAD. ELECTROCOAGULATION (EC) IS A TECHNOLOGY THAT GENERATES COAGULATING SUBSTANCES IN SITU BY OXIDIZING SACRIFICIAL ANODES THROUGH AN ELECTRIC CURRENT APPLIED TO THE ELECTRODES. Este artículo analiza la discusión que opone, desde hace más de veinte años, a K.-O. Apel y J. Habermas acerca de la fundamentación de la Diskursethik. Al seguir paso a paso los argumentos de ambos para justificar, o bien una fundamentación última pragmático trascendental (Apel), o bien una versión débil de la fundamentación mediante las intuiciones morales cotidianas (Habermas), podemos entender los límites del análisis pragmático en el campo del fenómeno moral, y poner en cuestión el programa futuro del pragmatic turn de la filosofía.

El artículo pretende discutir, a la luz del debate contemporáneo entre moralidad y eticidad, los modelos de comportamiento moral en el Perú. La crítica a la moralidad (moral moderna) se desarrolla contrastando los ideales y la práctica de los liberales independentistas del S. XIX. A pesar de existir una mezcla de contenidos morales, las alternativas que se buscan posteriormente implican un retorno a la moral aristotélica y cristiana (eticidad). Esto es lo que se observa en filósofos como Alejandro Deustua, en políticos como Víctor Andrés Belaunde y José Carlos Mariátegui, y particularmente en la narrativa de José María Arguedas.

Como en el año 2019 se reconocía y celebraba dos importantísimas inmigraciones asiáticas a nuestro territorio, 170 años de la china y 120 años de la japonesa, a mi iniciativa la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales, a través del decano, Julio Mejía Navarrete, aceptó la realización de un certamen científico que, tras conversaciones, terminamos llamándolo «Testimonios de tusanes y nikkeis sanmarquinos».

Este estudio investigó los proyectos de vida de 40 adolescentes con indicios de altas habilidades/superdotación, divididos igualmente en cuanto al sexo y tipo de superdotación (escolar o creativo-productiva). Para ello, preguntamos, a través del método clínico piagetiano, cuáles eran los proyectos de vida de los jóvenes y las justificaciones para cada una de las proyecciones. Se presentaron 229 proyectos, con énfasis para ‘formación académica’, ‘actividad profesional’, y ‘relación afectiva’. Las justificaciones fueron, principalmente, del tipo ‘autocentrado’, sugiriendo que la mayoría de las proyecciones no presentó la perspectiva moral y ética, pues señalaron los intereses individuales, desprovistos de los valores morales. This paper shows a mismatch between a real and pressing demand for a philosophical analysis that allows us to explain the emergence of new phenomena in law, and the limited supply of theoretical tools to satisfy this demand by the traditional model of positivistic science of law. After an initial diagnosis of a mismatch between supply and demand, the resistance of legal positivism to accept practical rationality stands out as a core problem of the traditional model of positivistic science of law and the viability of this way of rationality is defended. The paper concludes with a proposal for the reinvention of the philosophy of law of the 21st century that incorporates new objectives and rethinks its method.

Panoramic view of the complex migratory processes of two groups of migrant Asian workers, Chinese and Japanese, who arrived in Peru in different periods. These were almost continuous, since their presence responded to the need for labor on the coastal haciendas and that they faced coercive forms of demands. Therefore, the leak was similar in both cases.

This article reconstructs the notion of action that, anchored in a wider account of imputation practices, Hegel develops in the “Morality” chapter ofhis Philosophy of Right, beginning with a preliminary clarification of what it means that “crime” designates something that has the status of an action. Considering a set of premises found in some recent analytically oriented interpretations of Hegel’s work developed by Robert Brandom and Michael Quante, I examine the distinction proposed by Hegel between the concepts of deed and action, to then clarify the meaning of the “·right of knowledge” and its relationship to the “right of intention”. This enables one to make explicit the particular form of “compatiblism” that can be extracted from Hegel’s philosophy as a way to face the problem of moral luck.

My goal for this paper can be presented as follows: I will attempt to show that objections to intuitionism, although they are serious, do not undermine entirely its fertility for knowledge and moral reasoning. This is probably the perception of contemporary philosophers like David Enoch, Robert Audi, Russ Shafer-Landau or John McDowell. In order to fulfill the objective mentioned above, I will do the following. First, I will outline broadly two of the paradigmatic features of moral intuitionism in order to identify it as a particular metaethics doctrine. Secondly, I will summarize some of the main objections that have been raised in order to discredit the value of moral intuitionism as a source both of moral knowledge and of valid support for moral reasoning. La aplicación de políticas neoliberales a partir de la década de 1990 implicó reformas en el sector de transporte. Estas reformas significaron la liberalización del sistema de transporte, con las cuales se eliminaron varias restricciones y se limitó la intervención estatal. Esto tuvo repercusiones en el funcionamiento de las empresas, como es en el ámbito laboral. Por conocer que el doctor Manuel Burga Díaz, reciente electo rector de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, tiene antecesores chinos, en Oriental se consideró conveniente conversar con él. Interesaba que nos diga algo sobre los chinos del valle del Jequetepeque, donde se encuentra Chepén, activo pueblo norteño del departamento de La Libertad donde el rector nació hace algo más de medio siglo. Tuvimos en cuenta además que el Dr. Burga fue autor de la obra De la encomienda a la hacienda capitalista. El valle del Jequetepeque del siglo XVI al XX. Era, pues, evidente que podía decirnos bastante sobre lo que había averiguado como historiador o de lo que recordaba por sus propias experiencias personales de esa importante colonia asiática de Chepén y del valle.

The text is partly the biography of a Japanese, Nikumatsu Okada, who was immigrated pawn of the first group of Japanese who came to Peru to work on coastal plantations 1899. Of pawn of Palpa hacienda, Chancay valley, became tambero, Yanacon and tenant farms and other businesses ; all in the same valley. He finished his presence in Peru because of deportation of Japanese-Peruvians to concentration camps in the US during the 2nd World War. It also includes part of the Japanese environment surrounding this businessman and was so much that today lasts the world nikkei in this valley.

En el marco de la relación de las artes con otras formas de expresión y de su materialización, el presente trabajo reflexiona en torno a las múltiples y fructíferas relaciones que existen actualmente entre el arte y la tecnología, con el objetivo de reconocer y valorar los modos en que los avances de las ciencias repercuten y benefician un ámbito que a veces suele pensarse como estático y atemporal. Las nuevas estrategias de acercamiento del arte a la sociedad proporcionan nuevas formas de sensibilización y una mayor interacción con el objeto artístico. Asimismo, los últimos avances tecnológicos permiten develar los secretos del arte, así como su conservación, restauración y recreación.

This paper uses three different approaches (Generative phonology, Nonlinear phonology and Optimality Theory) in order to describe and explain a phonological process of assimilation called labialization in Nomatsiguenga, that only happens when a labial consonant appears before the central vowel [i]. Standard generative phonology characterized assimilation in terms of features copying. In Nonlinear approach, in contrast, assimilation is characterized as the association of features of segment A to a neighboring segment B. Finally, in Optimality Theory, assimilation is characterized as Markedness constraint called AGREE(x).

Arbitration offers a fast and effective way to resolve disputes between different entities. Arbitrators have the responsibility to solve these conflicts with justice and impartiality. Given the importance of this function, it is necessary to have professionals who have developed their moral capacities to the fullest extent.
