La exclusión social ha sido una característica de larga data en América Latina. Los países de la región han estado promoviendo, en los últimos veinte años, procesos de transformación o construcción de sus sistemas de protección social destinados a reducir la pobreza y la exclusión social. Los programas de Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) se crearon con este objetivo. La evidencia muestra que las CCT están teniendo impactos positivos en términos de reducción de la desigualdad en la distribución del ingreso; sin embargo, no es concluyente en otros aspectos de la pobreza y la exclusión social. This article presents some of the results obtained from the analysis performed to the health sector budget. The study focused the analysis in the city of Lima. The methodology not only looks for a discussion of resource allocation in the health sector, it goes further and makes an analysis applying a Public Expenditure Tracking Survey (PETS) methodology. The study aimed to provide the benefits of forfaiting, as a financing tool for international trade. In addition, demonstrate how international payment methods can be used as a financing tool, specifically on the confirmed letter of credit that is used to generate a forfaiting. The documentary method was used, considering scientific research published in indexed journals in the last five years. The PNAE Qali Warma program obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2016, with the purpose to paying food suppliers on time. Delayed payment mainly affects the cash flow of the Small and medium-sized enterprises SMEs. The objective of this article is analyze the attention times of payment request process. Results: the mean attention time was 22.9 days, with coefficient of variation (CV) of 38.7%; of which, 17.4 days represent periods with no value added. In each step of the process the CV exceeds 30%, which indicates little certainty to meet the planned deadlines. The files have 57.3% probabilities to stay in the process for more than 20 days and 17.6% for more than 30 days. The variation is explained according to the characteristics of the files. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar y construir un biorreactor batch tipo tanque agitado y aireado con capacidad de un litro para la producción de proteína unicelular. Para su diseño y construcción se empleó un software que genera las especificaciones ideales para este tipo de trabajo, materiales y accesorios fácilmente manipulables y esterilizables a base de vidrio, tapones de caucho para uso químico y mangueras de plástico, el sistema de agitación se construyó con materiales de acero inoxidable más la adición de un motor de paso de 12 V. La neurocisticercosis (NCC) es una enfermedad causada por la presencia de cisticercos (larvas) de Taenia solium en el cerebro por la ingesta de huevos de este helminto parásito (García et al., 2020). La NCC provoca sintomatología neurológica como epilepsia, presión intracraneal e incluso la muerte (Son et al., 2019).
