En el presente trabajo se da a conocer la Propuesta de Gestión Estratégica de la Calidad, basado en lo planteado por el Ingeniero Rubén Gómez Sánchez Soto, el cual consta de cinco pasos cuya aplicación sinérgica generará una mayor probabilidad de obtener proyectos exitosos. Este modelo se fundamente en los factores de éxito de los proyectos, el cual algunos directores de proyectos a menudo refieren, al denominado tetraedro de tensiones, que relaciona; alcance, calidad, tiempo y costo. Por su puesto todo ello dentro del marco que rodea la Gestión del Riesgo en todo proyecto.
