Ponencia que se llevó a cabo durante la Conferencia Internacional “Responsabilidad Social y Desarrollo en la Educación Superior: Latinoamérica y Europa” – 1era Edición, los días 30 de Noviembre y 1ero Diciembre del 2011 en la Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, Perú. El objetivo del trabajo fue determinar el grado de implementación del sistema de control interno a fin de evaluar su funcionamiento y su influencia en las operaciones académicas y administrativas de la Universidad José Carlos Mariátegui (UJCM). La investigación usó el análisis FODA de variables internas y la aplicación de un cuestionario de control interno de 100 preguntas a autoridades, directivos y administrativos. Para el análisis de datos de la percepción por componentes y factores del control interno se aplicó la prueba t de Student de media muestral con μ=3 y α= 0,05. Para determinar la implementación de las normas y procedimientos de control interno se aplicó percentiles cuyos rangos se establecieron en (p25, p50, p75, p76 a +). A neural network is a mathematical model that is able to perform a task automatically or semi-automatically after learning the human knowledge that we provided. Moreover, a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is a type of neural network that has shown to efficiently learn tasks related to the area of image analysis, such as image segmentation, whose main purpose is to find regions or separable objects within an image. A more specific type of segmentation, called semantic segmentation, guarantees that each region has a semantic meaning by giving it a label or class. The coffee industry, coffee shops and restaurants are in constant expansion and growth. Consequently, large amounts of Spent Coffee Grounds (SCG) are generated, which are solid coffee residues obtained after the ground coffee leaching process. This residue can be reused because of its compounds as phenolics. The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of extraction time (30-90 min) assisted by ultrasound (45kHz and 50 W), liquid-solid ratio (10-40 ml/g) and ethanol concentration (20-93.8%) in the total phenolic compounds (CFT) content expressed as mg gallic acid/g SCG dry matter. Determinar la asociación entre los factores sociales, fisiológicos y el riesgo de eventos cardiovasculares según el puntaje de riesgo de Framingham, en taxistas de una empresa de transporte en la ciudad de Huancayo-Perú. Metodología: Se realizó un estudio transversal observacional en una empresa de transporte de taxis de Huancayo, mediante un muestreo no probabilístico. Los datos se recopilaron para generar el puntaje de Framingham (versión 1991), calculando el riesgo cardiovascular en 10 años, además de recopilar otras variables como la actividad física, la dieta, el consumo de alcohol, los antecedentes familiares y los triglicéridos. The use of L protein coupled magnetic particles for the concentration and purification of immunoglobulin M (mIgM) monoclonal antibodies against Taenia solium was evaluated. Three concentration methods and different elution times were evaluated and the ratio of particles to the ratio of mIgM was optimized. It is demonstrated that: 1) with the use of magnetic particles, a previous concentration of mIgM is not required, which reduces the manipulation of the antibodies and improves the recovery, 2) the use of a binding buffer can be omitted, since the pH of most cell culture supernatants are neutral, and 3) longer elution times (~ 45 minutes) are needed to increase recovery to a level greater than 80%.
