En presente la Tesis titulada “Determinación de la calidad de atención en los pacientes quirúrgicos referidos al Hospital ESSALUD Vitarte., se tomó como Objetivo General determinar la Calidad de atención en los pacientes Quirúrgicos referidos al Hospital ESSALUD. Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo, transversal, correlacional prospectivo, no experimental para determinar la relación entre calidad percibida del servicio y la cultura de seguridad en salud en el personal médico del Hospital nivel II en el distrito de Vitarte de la ciudad de Lima. Se entrevistó a 124 médicos del Hospital II EsSalud Vitarte de la ciudad de Lima entre los meses de marzo y abril del año 2017. El análisis descriptivo se realizó mediante distribución de frecuencias. Para el análisis bivariado se usó el coeficiente tau (τ) de Kendall, y se consideró p<0.01 para diferencias significativas. Se encontró una relación positiva entre la calidad percibida y la cultura de seguridad en salud en los médicos.

Objective: To determine the relationship between perceived service quality and culture of health safety in the medical staff of a level II hospital in the district of Vitarte, city of Lima. Materials and methods: A quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional, correlational, prospective and non-experimental study was carried out in 124 physicians of the Hospital II EsSalud Vitarte in the city of Lima, who were interviewed between March and April 2017. The descriptive analysis was performed by means of a frequency distribution. Objetivo: Determinar los factores asociados a la adherencia al tratamiento en niños de 1 a 3 años en el centro de salud “Señor de los Milagros” Huaycán – Ate. Métodos: Este estudio observacional, retrospectivo y de corte transversal investigó la adherencia al tratamiento antianémico en 169 niños de 1 a 3 años diagnosticados con anemia, seleccionados de un grupo inicial de 300. Utilizando un formulario de recolección de datos, se evaluaron variables que abarcaban aspectos maternos, socioculturales, de tratamiento y del sistema de salud, mediante análisis bivariado y la prueba de Chi-cuadrado de Pearson.  Resultados: Los resultados destacaron una baja adherencia al tratamiento, con solo el 4,7% de los niños mostrando alta adherencia y un 15,4% presentando no adherencia. Objective. To determine the relationship between the quality of imported dermo-aesthetic products and customer satisfaction of a pharmaceutical company in Lima, Peru 2022. Methods. The study had a quantitative, observational, cross-sectional and descriptive non-experimental design. The non-probabilistic sample consisted of 119 users. Two validated questionnaires were applied to measure product quality and customer satisfaction based on the Likert scale; likewise, cronbach's alpha was used for instrument reliability. Objective. To evaluate the relationship between the work climate and the performance of pharmaceutical chemists professionals in a sanitary products laboratory of Lima (Peru), 2022. Materials and methods. The study had a quantitative approach, was of type observational, cross-sectional, and counted with a descriptive non-experimental design. The sample was of 65 pharmaceutical chemists professionals. Two validated questionnaires were applied to measure the work climate and performance of pharmaceutical chemists using the Likert scale. To determine the correlation between the perception of organizational climate and the safety culture in the surgery department of the José Casimiro Ulloa Emergency Hospital (HEJCU), a descriptive and correlational study was conducted with 100 healthcare professionals, using the ECO-S and MOSPS questionnaires, respectively. The correlation was analyzed using Spearman's correlation coefficient, with p<0.05 considered statistically significant. Of the total, 57% were men and 43% women; 62% were physicians and 38% nurses. The organizational climate was adequate (43%), at risk (40%), and inadequate (17%); the safety culture was high (14%), medium (82%), and low (4%). Objective: To evaluate the relationship between quality of care and degree of satisfaction of patients treated at a dental chain in Lima, Peru, from 2019 to 2020. Materials and methods: A quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional study. Two surveys were administered: the SERVPERF model (consisting of five dimensions) and the satisfaction survey created by Ramírez (consisting of three dimensions). Both surveys were administered to patients treated during the 2019–2020 period. Results: Out of the 150 respondents, 93.30 % perceived a high quality of care (Partially agree and Totally agree) and 3.30 % disagreed with the quality of care (Totally disagree and Partially disagree). Objective: To establish the relationship between quality of service and satisfaction among patients who underwent minimally invasive facial cosmetic treatments in a private clinic, Lima-Peru, 2019. Materials and methods: An observational, descriptive and cross-sectional study with a quantitative and correlational approach. One hundred twenty-three (123) patients were surveyed by means of the service performance (SERVPERF) model and the outpatient service user satisfaction (SUCE) questionnaire, which were adapted to the study population. Introduction: Quality of life is one of the main concerns for cancer patients in palliative care; however, studies on quality of life in these patients are limited. Objective: To determine the factors associated with quality of life in patients with oncological disease in palliative care. Methods: Observational, analytical study in 184 cancer patients treated in a Pain and Palliative Care Unit during 2021. The dependent variable was quality of life; independent variables were age, sex, education level, occupation, oncological diagnosis, disease duration, and stage. Objetivos: Identificar la prioridad y práctica de valores institucionales de la comunidad universitaria de una Facultad de Medicina, Lima-Perú. Materiales y métodos: Estudio cuantitativo, tipo descriptivo, corte transversal, realizado en el 2019. Se aplicó un cuestionario Likert modificado que fue validado por juicio de expertos y prueba piloto (alfa de Cronbach de 0,895). Objective. Describe the virtualization process of general and special pathology courses and the perception of students. Methods. Non-experimental, prospective, and cross-sectional study. For the virtual teaching of the courses, the Moodle platform was used; and, for histopathology practices, the Pathpresenter platform was used. 126 students from the general pathology course and 133 from special pathology participated. Introduction. Isolation and social distancing strategies to control the COVID-19 pandemic probably had a negative impact on physicians’ lifestyles. Objective. To design and validate a questionnaire to assess physicians’ lifestyle before and during the pandemic. Methods. We carried out a psychometric study. A total of 204 medical specialists from a national hospital in Lima-Peru were admitted to the study and answered the questionnaire virtually. Results.
