The objective of the present research work was to design a teaching performance evaluation model based on the domain Preparation for student learning within the Framework for Teacher Good Performance. The study is based on an applied-projective method, with a qualitative educational approach. The instrument was applied to 94 teachers and 6 managers from 4 public educational institutions. The results show low levels of performance related to the preparation of learning and discontinuity of the purposes in the evaluation process, thus concluding with the development of a teaching evaluation model that integrates a new way of evaluation, from the perspective of teacher reflection and improvement of his performance.

The research, entitled Effective leadership and organizational climate in the educational institutions of the district of La Victoria-Lima, aimed to determine the relationship of effective leadership with the organizational climate of educational institutions in the district of La Victoria-Lima. The hypothetical deductive method was used, based on a non-experimental, cross-section quantitative design approach. The technique used was the survey and the instrument the questionnaire, which was applied to a non-probabilistic sample of 144 teachers of initial, primary and secondary. The results allowed to determine the significant correlation, with a significance of 0.644*.

The research work entitled Learning located at the level of reading comprehension in students of a particular educational center. Its objective was to explain the effect of Learning situated at the level of reading comprehension in students of the fourth grade of secondary school of the institution where the present study is carried out. The study paradigm was interpretive, the qualitative approach, type of interpretive research, action research design, interpretive method, with a study scenario of 8 fourth-grade students. The technique used was observation, the instruments used were the blog or field diary, the semi-structured interview that were validated. The results were that the application of situated learning improves the levels of reading comprehension, as well as in turn offers other benefits such as meaningful learning and reading habit.

The research related to the practice of tutorial action in university students, aimed to determine the predominant component of tutorial, recognizing that tutorial in the university is gaining value and significance for the benefit of the students, as a support area, orientation and coverage during the educational procedure in its different academic, professional and personal dimensions. It is an applied research with a quasi-experimental design, composed of experimental and control. For the collection of data, the Test on discourse markers was used. Likewise, a pretest measurement was carried out successively, and once the results were obtained, the workshop on collaborative activities, composed of 7 sessions, was conducted in the experimental group to then carry out the posttest measurements in both groups. This critical problem has been corroborated by international tests such as PISA (2015, 2018) and a variety of studies by researchers who have become aware of this worrying situation. The objective of this research was to generate a theory about the Neoliberal Education Reform, undertaken since 1990 and developed with different aspects in the governmental periods, from Fujimori to Ollanta Humala. This study was developed within the qualitative paradigm, with grounded theory methodology and description of the phenomenal situation. The sample consisted of six informants, who provided the data through the in-depth interview technique. As a result, it was found that there was no explanatory theory that reveals the background of this Education Reform as well as teachers who do not identify with this reform, the successes and failures of it. The contributions broaden the reflexive theoretical universe of society, which has to do with Peruvian education.

El presente estudio está dirigido a un análisis y sistematización de investigaciones sobre cómo se evidencia la educación antitabáquica desde una perspectiva de la percepción de riesgo, la cual influya en el rendimiento académico de estudiantes universitarios. Se expresan los resultados de estos conocimientos, habilidades y hábitos alcanzados por estudiantes consumidores y no consumidores de tabaco que se encuentran en primer año de Ciencias Médicas de la provincia de Villa Clara, Cuba. A partir de un grupo de dimensiones para su constatación, las mismas permiten identificar que este proceso educativo se debe continuar trabajando desde la ciencia para contribuir en la calidad de vida y el ejemplo social de los futuros profesionales de la salud.
