La investigación Marketing interno para el compromiso organizacional en centros de entrenamiento se realizó por el problema identificado, alta rotación del personal, que perjudicaba el desarrollo de las tareas y la calidad de servicio hacia el cliente final, observando poco compromiso de los empleados con la empresa, a pesar que la institución hacia los esfuerzos por cubrir las necesidades como trabajadores aplicando un marketing interno, por ello se estableció como objetivo determinar la influencia del marketing interno y el compromiso organizacional. The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the autonomy of work and the job satisfaction of the administrative workers of a Peruvian university. The hypothetical deductive method was used, based on a non-experimental, cross-section quantitative design approach. A questionnaire was applied to 122 workers. The results allowed the researchers to determine the direct, moderate and significant correlation, with a Spearman correlation coefficient Rho = 0.651 ** and 0.626 ** and a (Bilateral) significance = 0.000 (p <.05). Therefore, it was concluded that when work autonomy is pr, the level of job satisfaction is high in workers of both sexes.

La investigacióntuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la autonomía del trabajo y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores administrativos de una universidad peruana.Se empleó el método hipotético deductivo, basado en un enfoque cuantitativo de diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. Se aplicó un Cuestionario a 122 trabajadores. Los resultadospermitieron determinar la correlación directa, moderada y significativa, con un coeficiente decorrelación de Spearman Rho =0.651** y 0.626**y una significancia (Bilateral) = 0.000 (p < .05). Por locual se llegó a la conclusión,que cuando la autonomía del trabajo es real, el nivel de satisfacción laboral es alto, en los trabajadoresde ambos sexos.

The objective of the present study has been to carry out the andragogic program “Organic Crops” for the development of experiential learning. In this research, a group of 60 farmers from a community located south of Lima (Peru) participated. The method used was mixed and was developed in two moments: The first, with a quantitative approach and a quasi-experimental design, data were collected that were submitted to a pretest and post-test through the SPSS software, and the second, with a qualitative approach. They conducted in-depth interviews whose results were analyzed using the Atlas software. You. La presente investigación aborda a la empatía, entendida como una respuesta afectiva orientada a la condición del otro, más que a uno mismo. Se tuvo como propósito identificar el componente predominante de la reactividad interpersonal de estudiantes universitarios. El estudio corresponde a un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental de carácter comparativo entre dos muestras que proceden de la escuela de psicología de los últimos semestres de dos universidades de Lima; la muestra de estudio estuvo conformada por 104 estudiantes. Se concluye que el 73 % de estudiantes de la Universidad César Vallejo son empáticos en comparación del 56 % de la Universidad Católica Sedes Sapientiae, asimismo la dimensión Cognitiva predomina en ambas universidades.

La investigación clima afectivo para el trabajo cooperativo de los docentes nace tras la inquietud que aqueja a las instituciones educativas respecto a las responsabilidades de los agentes educativos, cuyo propósito fue determinar la influencia del clima afectivo en el trabajo cooperativo que realizan los docentes en el quehacer académico y administrativo. El estudio se desarrolló con el enfoque cuantitativo y con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal y correlacional. La muestra conformada por 60 docentes entre niveles de primaria y secundaria. Se utilizó instrumentos estandarizados y para los resultados inferenciales se utilizó la prueba de Pearson con la que se demuestra que hay influencia entre variables, pero no es significativa. Se concluye que el trabajo cooperativo puede estar influenciado por otros factores no necesariamente por el clima afectivo.

This critical problem has been corroborated by international tests such as PISA (2015, 2018) and a variety of studies by researchers who have become aware of this worrying situation. In this scenario, the present research study aims to establish whether the Lectoryn module had any influence on literal reading comprehension of texts in students in the first year of Basic Regular Education.
