El presente trabajo de investigación, realizado en la Universidad Privada San Juan Bautista de San Borja, tuvo como objetivo identificar los estilos de liderazgo docente, según las habilidades que estos poseen y desarrollan en el aula; para luego establecer la relación con la comunicación asertiva que los estudiantes manifiestan entre sus pares. The objective of this research was to generate a theory about the Neoliberal Education Reform, undertaken since 1990 and developed with different aspects in the governmental periods, from Fujimori to Ollanta Humala. This study was developed within the qualitative paradigm, with grounded theory methodology and description of the phenomenal situation. The sample consisted of six informants, who provided the data through the in-depth interview technique. As a result, it was found that there was no explanatory theory that reveals the background of this Education Reform as well as teachers who do not identify with this reform, the successes and failures of it. The contributions broaden the reflexive theoretical universe of society, which has to do with Peruvian education.

The present research examined reflexively the causes of teacher discomfort linked to the negative results of students’ performance.   It was carried out under a qualitative approach with multiple case study design subjecting 10 university teachers to in-depth interviews.The results were disaggregated into the following categories: predominance of contradictory feelings; inability to endure  anxiety; inhibition; self- depreciation; anxiety as a dominant trait and balance; acceptance of conflict as an objective reality. It was concluded that the interviewees agreed on a contradiction between the higher education system to promote quality and the real provision of the tools and conditions to do so in practice. El presente artículo es el resultado del proceso investigativo desarrollado por los autores a partir de la problemática existente relacionada con el perfeccionamiento del proceso de evaluación y diagnóstico psicopedagógico de los niños (as) con Trastornos del Espectro Autista. Para contribuir a la solución de la problemática se realizó, sobre la base de la fundamentación teórica y la experiencia práctica de los investigadores, una metodología dirigida a la evaluación de los contextos familiar, comunitario y escolar estructurada en etapas que permiten realizar una valoración integral de cada caso en particular, así como delimitar las principales posibilidades y necesidades educativas de los contextos donde se desenvuelve el niño(a) para luego garantizar una adecuada intervención psicopedagógica.
