El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la influencia de las variables competencias digitales, trabajo colaborativo e inteligencia emocional en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes. Para ello se realizó una investigación de tipo aplicada, de nivel explicativo multivariado y diseño no experimental. La muestra probabilísticamente calculada fue de 176 estudiantes de educación secundaria de una institución educativa ubicada en la provincia de Huamanga. Para la recolección de información se formuló un cuestionario para medir las competencias digitales, el trabajo colaborativo y la inteligencia emocional, con 18 ítems cada uno. Los instrumentos fueron validados por juicio de expertos y su nivel de confiabilidad de alfa de Cronbach calculado fue superior a 0,8. El objetivo fue determinar cómo la actitud, la educación y el control conductual influencian en el emprendimiento de una población de estudiantes universitarios ubicado en la Región de Ayacucho. El estudio se desarrolló con un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño correlacional causal donde se aplicó el método hipotético deductivo y analítico. Se calculó una muestra probabilística de 372 estudiantes universitarios matriculados en el periodo 2022-I y se diseñó un instrumento de 60 ítems para medir las variables de estudio. El emprendimiento es una variable que es explicada por múltiples factores. Esta investigación tuvo por objetivo confirmar que la actitud, el control conductual y la educación determinan la intención emprendedora de una población juvenil. La metodología aplicada siguió el enfoque cuantitativo con diseño causal y el método hipotético deductivo. Se aplicaron cuestionarios a 468 universitarios de la región de Ayacucho en Perú. El servicio educativo, en todos sus niveles, migró a la modalidad virtual como medio para continuar operando durante el estado de emergencia sanitaria, producto de la pandemia del COVID 19. Research, an essential component in higher education, needs to be promoted due to the low development in educational institutions. The study sought to identify the axes that promote it based on the analysis of articles that addressed the subject. A systematic review was carried out based on the last 5 years, using the Scopus database. Four fundamental axes were identified to promote research, without ensuring that they constitute the only elements for this purpose. The article presents four elements that are considered relevant for promoting research at universities, without claiming to be the only ones. The first is to develop research skills and then to foster collaborative networks teams; second, the strengthening of the leadership of research centers in universities; third, the use of ICTs in the development and distribution of research; the fourth, the promotion of ethics and values in research activity. It is suggested that these elements should be combined with the institutional policies in force in universities and institutions linked to research. These policies acquire a key role in the promotion of research, which is why this analysis is presented to commemorate the bicentennial of the independence of Peru.

This paper parts of the fact that the COVID-19 pandemic motivated the virtualization of education. On the face of it, an interest arose to know how this modality advanced in Latin American region. The objective of this article is to explore the references about the virtualization in educational institution and the analysis of them. It was used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method and a technique of selected content. The results were that the virtualization of education is a progressive trend. Educational management in this modality requires new competencies in educational community. Also, there is evidence of adaptation to digital media at an acceptable level in some educational institutions. Therefore, a potential in virtual education was identified to drive the democratization of education due to its reach through mobile devices.

O artigo parte do fato de que a pandemia da COVID-19 motivou a virtualização da educação. Diante desta circunstância, surgiu o interesse em reconhecer o progresso desta modalidade na região da América Latina. O objetivo do artigo era explorar as referências documentadas sobre virtualização educacional e a análise desenvolvida. Student loyalty was explained based on multiple factors and variables such as institutional image, educational quality, academic fees, and educational service in a Peruvian university that provides educational service, both at undergraduate and graduate levels. The non-experimental research investigated theoretical models to understand student loyalty from four variables. It was evidenced that educational quality and institutional image were key factors to generate loyalty in students towards their educational institution. The research develops the factors that influence youth entrepreneurs, considering that entrepreneurship is a required and necessary activity in society, the theory of complexity was analyzed for this purpose. The objective was to explain the influence of attitude and behavioral control in youth entrepreneurship in Peru. For this, a quantitative study with a causal design was applied in a sample of 595 youth entrepreneurship from universities of Peru. The conclusion was that both the attitude and the behavioral control influence positively in youth entrepreneurship, which is why it is important for the progress of the country.
