The research develops the factors that influence youth entrepreneurs, considering that entrepreneurship is a required and necessary activity in society, the theory of complexity was analyzed for this purpose. The objective was to explain the influence of attitude and behavioral control in youth entrepreneurship in Peru. For this, a quantitative study with a causal design was applied in a sample of 595 youth entrepreneurship from universities of Peru. The conclusion was that both the attitude and the behavioral control influence positively in youth entrepreneurship, which is why it is important for the progress of the country.

En la actualidad la investigación titulada “Gestión del cambio en el uso del agua según percepción del usuario de la empresa SEDAPAL, distrito de Independencia, 2016”, tiene como objetivo determinar la género de la gestión del cambio de la empresa SEDAPAL, en el distrito de Independencia, en el año 2016, debido a que no se aplica un uso adecuado empezando desde el hogar, asimismo se sabe que este es insumo vital para la subsistencia de todo ser vivo. El objetivo primordial de este estudio doctoral fue “determinar la influencia de la actitud y el control conductual en el emprendimiento juvenil del Perú”. En consonancia con este propósito, se formuló la hipótesis de una correlación positiva entre la actitud, el control conductual y el nivel de emprendimiento juvenil en el país. En este estudio, se adoptó un enfoque de investigación positivista, con un diseño de tipo sustantiva, correlacional causal, no experimental, transversal y de método hipotético-deductivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 385 jóvenes emprendedores provenientes de diversas universidades públicas y privadas. Addressing the issue of Management Skills today is of great relevance since it is part of the backbone of any organization. The objective of this research with a qualitative approach, with a phenomenological design, was to analyze the management skills in a construction consulting company in Lima in 2020, forwhich interviews were applied to five collaborators including the manager of the organization. Student loyalty was explained based on multiple factors and variables such as institutional image, educational quality, academic fees, and educational service in a Peruvian university that provides educational service, both at undergraduate and graduate levels. The non-experimental research investigated theoretical models to understand student loyalty from four variables. It was evidenced that educational quality and institutional image were key factors to generate loyalty in students towards their educational institution.
