In this study, we investigated the correlation and development of a linear regression model between the variables "added cement" and "compressive strength of rammed earth walls" constructed with aggregates obtained from Colpa Alta, Huánuco, Peru through bivariate analysis and multivariate data analysis. This study aimed to ascertain what factors influence the length of time undergraduates receive individual tutoring. Quantitative questionnaires with Likert scale items gathered data on perception, satisfaction, engagement, self-confidence, preference for individualized instruction and participation in decision-making. The sample consisted of 247 University of Lima students. Among the quantitative methods used to examine the data were reliability and validity tests, correlations, analysis of variance, and regression. In tests of reliability, all variables exhibited fair to excellent internal consistency. La investigación aborda el déficit de material de cantera de cerro en la construcción de la carretera Oyón – Ambo, región Pasco. Focalizada en la cantera Llicllao, se estudiaron sus propiedades físicas y mecánicas, determinando su viabilidad técnica post-inmovilización por COVID-19. El proceso de extracción y zarandeo, factible durante todo el año, optimiza la accesibilidad y reduce demoras en proyectos. La evaluación de la cantera a diferentes profundidades revela una distribución específica de materiales. El 91.20% de los agregados es idóneo para rellenos y terraplenes, con tamaños desde 3” a < N° 200, garantizando su aplicación adecuada en obras. No obstante, se resalta un 5% de piedras mayores a 6” consideradas desecho, reflejando una eficiencia general de 89.64% en la cantera.
