La gran cantidad de información disponible en la Web ha cambiado la forma en que las personas desarrollan software. Por medio de una serie de estudios empíricos, que incluyen encuestas en línea, grupos de enfoque, experimentos de laboratorio y trabajos de campo en los Estados Unidos y Perú, hemos podido identificar cómo los desarrolladores de software resuelven problemas por medio de búsquedas de código fuente en la Web. Este trabajo de investigación ha identificado que el 83% de desarrolladores realizó al menos una búsqueda por código fuente en la Web durante un día de trabajo y en promedio los desarrolladores realizaron 3.6 búsquedas por día. The vehicle routing problem is one of the most studied problems in Operations Re-search. Different variants have been treated in the past 50 years and with technological advances, new challenges appear. In this thesis, we introduce a new variation of the VRP appearing in wireless networks. The new characteristic added to this well-know problem is the possibility of pick-up information via wireless transmissions. In the con-text considered here, a unique base station is connected with the outside and a vehicle is responsible for collecting information via wireless connection to the vehicle when it is located in another sufficiently close station. The integrative approach to care for patients demands training to evaluate frequent chronic problems in the outpatient clinic. Patients with hypertension, diabetes mellitus and asthma can be approach using models of evaluations such as the TOPIC that allows to order the evaluations in a structured sequence of four mayor tasks: processing of the information, development of an adequate physician-patient-family relationship and integrating information and learning for life. Processing information implies four sub-activities in which we evaluate patient´s expectations and concerns, severity and control of conditions, adherence and side effects of treatments focusing on damage to target organs and comorbidities. Applying this model can help physicians and their patients to be more efficient in managing chronic problems considering the short time available for ambulatory care.

The objective of this article is to determine how to provide legal certainty to the principal in the execution of an incomplete security that has been completed in a manner contrary to the agreements made. The methodology is basic, using a qualitative approach of an analytical nature to provide a solution to a real phenomenon. It has also been developed through a systematic review study. In the current literature, there is limited evidence of the effects of teaching programming languages using two different paradigms concurrently. In this paper, we present our experience in using a multiparadigm and multiprogramming approach for an Introduction to Programming course. The multiparadigm element consisted of teaching the imperative and functional paradigms, while the multiprogramming element involved the Scheme and Python programming languages. For the multiparadigm part, the lectures were oriented to compare the similarities and differences between the functional and imperative approaches. For the multiprogramming part, we chose syntactically simple software tools that have a robust set of prebuilt functions and available libraries. The Peruvian population has problems with access to free medicines, as this leads to go to private pharmacies affecting the economy, since many of the prices of medicines are not accessible to the budget of the population, this leads to another problem which is the abandonment of treatment. Therefore, a technological solution is proposed that integrates web scraping and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology for the extraction of information from pharmacies with web pages, for the comparison of drug prices. The solution also scans prescriptions for a fast and accurate search. The solution aims to facilitate the drug search by saving time and money, as they will be able to visualize the compared prices and purchase the drug at a lower cost.
