The application of different unit root statistics is by now a standard practice in empirical work. Even when it is a practical issue, these statistics have complex nonstandard distributions depending on functionals of certain stochastic processes, and their derivations represent a barrier even for many theoretical econometricians. These derivations are based on rigorous and fundamental statistical tools which are not (very) well known by standard econometricians. Background: Self-injurious behaviors are highly prevalent in individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), occurring frequently in those with associated intellectual disabilities as well as in those without intellectual impairment. Single-case studies have found that functional communication training helps regulate self-injurious behaviors and repetitive behaviors, particularly in children with ASD. The largest Kamari ista (banquet or festival of abundance) in the entire Kichwa-speaking Amazon is celebrated in the community and rural parish of Canelos, in the Pastaza district in the province of the same name, in Ecuador. This article addresses the relationship between the Process and the Constitution. For this purpose, it is explained what is the object of study of the Procedural Law, and which is the litigation model adopted in article 139 of the Peruvian Constitution, why this model is about a system with its own autonomy and substantivity and not about a subsystem, and how Civil Law and Common Law converging in this model. Furthermore, the author establishes, based on the Constitution, the reason why the existing procedural guarantees in our legal system do not imply a “right to a right decision”, but only the right to a fair process, and explains the difference between “fair process” and “justice” or “judicial truth”.

Early mathematical competencies have a great impact on academic performance and on the development of more complex mathematical skills, especially in early education.
