La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la gestión del talento humano y el desarrollo profesional en los docentes del nivel de secundaria de las instituciones educativas públicas de la Red 11 - UGEL 03. La Victoria. La investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño es descriptivo y el tipo transversal y correlacional. La población de estudio fue de 1 74 docentes y tuvo una muestra de 108 docentes. THE OBJECTIVE WAS TO EVALUATE THE USE OF THE NON-INVASIVE VENTILATION DEVICE WITH HIGH-FLOW HELMET CPAP DESIGNED IN PERU IN PATIENTS WITH SEVERE ACUTE RESPIRATORY SYNDROME (COVID-19) HOSPITALIZED IN THE EMERGENCY SERVICES OF FIVE HOSPITALS.
