Throughout its vital cycle the family is exposed to critical situations which menace its stability. Handling and outcoming this crisis depend on a series of factors which form the family CONTEXT (parents personal data, influence of source families, personality, instruction, etc.). Critical situations must not be assumed as negative ones but as circumstance that give people the opportunity to discover or rediscover their resource ad adaptation ability. A systemic perspective for a School of normal parents with deaf children is presented.

Rising electricity prices, concerns about climate change, independence and energy security drive the shift from the global lighting market to more energy-efficient light sources. Lighting, according to estimates by the International Energy Agency (IEA), accounts for almost 20% of the world's electricity consumption. In Peru, according to the Ministry of Energy and Mines, approximately 35% of primary energy (after processing and / or discounting losses) is destined to electricity generation, which presents important consumption in lighting: Residential Sector 15 % to 30%, Commercial sector approx. 33%, Public sector approx. 24% and industrial sector 10% to 15%. Given these important levels of consumption in lighting systems, transverse use in all sectors, the lack of a comprehensive regulatory policy framework, as well as the need to determine and establish energy efficiency alternatives,...

This paper is about the relationship between the Law and violence from an environmental perspective. The author indicates that from a historic perspective there is complex relationship between the man and the nature. Then, the conception of the reality influence in how the legal system regulated some aspect related with the environment. From the dialectical interpretation, it is proposed the conflict between the human activity and nature. It is said that the nature reacts due to the affectation that suffers by the human being. Moreover, just the climate change does not affect the environment only, but many activities that are prejudicial also with the environment: the war activities, the modern biotechnologies activities, the bioterrorism threats. The author ask himself if it could talk about the violence against the nature. He indicates that it is reasonable to talk about it from a posi...

Objective. To approach higher agricultural education as a complex structure, explained by the functional relationships between the formative and the executive, under performance contexts that nestle in uncertainty and chaos. Method. The systemic alternative is proposed as a way to reach new rationalities about what higher agricultural education, agronomic training and its professional configuration should be, through a critical and reflexive approach to its professional practices. Results. The guidelines of a new perspective of educational training based on epistemic and theoretical-conceptual schemes, oriented from the complexity of systems, are postulated. Conclusions. Professional practices represent the pinnacle of all disciplinary training, which in the case of the agricultural engineer is manifested through the ways in which he understands the social reality to intervene in it. Thi...

Since the beginning, science activity has been conceived as a male-gender occupation. Despite the efforts to bring women into scientific research communities, there is still much to be done. In view of the foregoing, a study was conducted with the aim to identify, with a gender-based approach, the types of teaching and learning styles at the technological institutes in the state of Veracruz, Mexico. For that purpose, an instrument with closed-ended and multiple-choice items was applied to assess the teaching models used by teachers of those institutes. This exploratory, descriptive and ex post facto study covered 9 institutes and 396 students (55.8% men and 44.2% women) who were participating in a research project. Results showed that teachers, regardless of their gender, prioritize experiential learning through discovery, following the premises of meaningful learning and constructivism,...

Population growth and urbanization generated a greater global energy demand, positioning solar energy as one of the main sustainable alternatives to address this challenge. The aim of this study was to map the advances, challenges, and perspectives of photovoltaic-thermal (PV/T) systems through a bibliometric analysis and a review of the most relevant publications from the Scopus database. Applying predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 1077 documents were processed using Biblioshiny, an R-based interface, and VosViewer. The countries with the highest scientific production and international collaboration were China, India, and Iran, with the University of Science and Technology of China standing out as the most influential institution. The most prominent journal was Solar Energy, based in the United Kingdom. The most frequently cited studies highlight significant advance...

At present, one of the problems that the protection of human rights suffers from a philosophical perspective focuses on the corruption that exists and the poor administration of justice. We must understand that the protection of human rights must not only be limited to the fundamental rights of man, but also to opt for an optimal justice system that can guarantee the safety and protection of citizens. Just as the legal system must guarantee the effectiveness in the application of the norms and in the courts, the problem of corruption must try to diminish so that it is possible to begin to speak not only of a correct administration of justice, but of a correct application from the human rights.

This article offers a comparative analysis of systemic corruption in Peru and Spain, examining its impact on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through an ultra-realist criminological perspective. Using a mixed-methods design, the study triangulates quantitative survey data with qualitative interviews from key institutional actors to explore the structural, economic, and cultural dynamics that sustain corruption. In both contexts, corruption appears not as an occasional deviation but as a normalized institutional practice that produces significant social harm and erodes democratic legitimacy. The research incorporates theoretical frameworks such as Hall and Winlow’s ultra-realism and Tudor’s toxic sovereignty to explain how state power becomes instrumentalized in favor of private interests. While Spain exhibits a more technocratic and institutionally safeguarded perception of c...

Systemic complexity of organizations comprising operational, strategic and conceptual levels, they are related functional activities of management and operation. In this context, industrial engineer and processes engineer are developed using various combinations of media and making decisions regarding the allocation of resources and the direction of the organization, which uses systematic tools or "hard" derived from scientific management and tools heuristics or "soft" related to intuition and strategy. The aim of the research is to identify the degree of use of techniques and systematic quantitative or qualitative tools intuitive tools for decision-making. The design of the research is exploratory and descriptive, inferential statistics was used applied to two samples: engineers working in companies and industrial engineering student. The results found two situations in the first engine...
