The Vehicle Routing Problem considers the design of sets of minimal cost routes, from an originated point knowned as deposit to an ended point. In this problematic situation, a key element in delivery systems is the sequencing of transport units, determined by the requirement of customers. The aim of this article is to present a new method of solving the problem of allocation of routing companies with the need to distribute products, through new models that use different algorithms. The model designed from the analysis of a set of metaheuristics, develop viable options to solve the daily problem of how to allocate and distribute products, from the company to customers, with efficiently and effectively ways.

This paper shows achievement of study Project Scientific and Technological Park at Industrial Engineer Faculty. Its relates to elaborate the elements in order to develop a feasibility study for the Scientific and Technological Park, and the scope of the subject areas, the model of management and organization, and competitive features. At design level is formulated a draft park considering its definition, from its vision, mission and objectives, competitive features and management model and organization of PCT, possible evolution and future vision to reach higher phases. En esta situación problemática, un elemento clave en los sistemas de suministro es la secuencia de las unidades de transporte, determinado por el requerimiento de los clientes. Este artículo tiene el objetivo de plantear un nuevo método de solución al problema de asignación de enrutamiento de las empresas que tienen la necesidad de distribuir productos, mediante nuevos modelos que emplean diversos algoritmos. El modelo elaborado a partir del análisis de una serie de metaheurísticas, desarrolla opciones factibles para resolver el problema diario de cómo asignar y distribuir productos de la empresa hacia los clientes de manera eficiente y eficaz.

The article shows an example of application of the methodology of action research. We present the design and results of a study based on the mobile phone in the aspect of pricing decisions, it’s comparison of means for dependent samples, measuring the effect on incoming cellular telephone traffic due to changing pricing strategy, by cellular operator. In case, the customer behavior with traffic reduced incoming calls to cell phones manifests an initial problem that affected the company’s earnings. Among various alternatives, the mode change for the customer tariff suggests increase receiving phone calls, raising the incoming telephone traffic and revenue. To corroborate this hypothesis we defined a random sample of 25 clients who applied a new tariff model, on a restricted basis for a month, tracking the results through the computer system. Several experts were predicting the end of the cycle of prosperity based on the exploitation of raw materials, especially minerals. Peru has beenaffected by this situation highlighting once again that the current primary export model does not provide a sustainable development in the long term. In this context of a slowdown in our economy, we believe that the industrialization of our resources is the most advantageous alternative to be undertaken by the country. The article reviews the concepts of the unfinished in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL): Psychosocial risks, thus finding that each day is increasing its importance on the health of workers and organizations (INSL). The study concludes that the laws of Safety and Health at Work in Peru, to promote a culture PRL, as shown in the good intentions of its articles. That is not enough to promote, it is also important to identify and evaluate the PRL. The laws and regulations and annexes suffer from methodological guidelines on how to act in the identification and assessment of psychosocial risks.

The Knowledge, from the perspective of the Greeks, it has four types: Empeiria, tekhne, episteme and nous. These types have different characteristics, as they target the source dimension (facts and concepts), or the purpose dimension (contemplation or domain). On the basis of these dimensions is presented a tool kit to collect, develop and build personal strengths, arising from the disposition of knowledge itself. There are organizations, known as political parties, that influencing the government, businesses, industries, and virtually crossing all fields of society. Their members have strengths that allow them to play in turbulent environments with undefined problems. Otherwise, the professional technical has weaknesses to interact when the environment is complex and problems are soft unstructured. Since the working hypothesis, “the activists of political parties have a similar profile that allows them to act effectively in diverse environments”, we design a construct and a conceptual model to identify the variables that shape the success of these. This article shows the progress of empirical qualitative research, it attempts to describe the profile of political activist and their strengths, which are required to operate adequately in changing environments.
