En el presente artículo, en base a unarevisión bibliográfica, se aborda una escuelacriminológica de nuevo cuño, ínsita en losmovimientos de la izquierda criminológica,el Ultra-Realismo. Se ha desgranado suorigen, necesidad, funcionalidad y propuestasde carácter epistemológico y metodológico.Con ello, se pretende que el lector puedaadoptar una nueva perspectiva criminológicaque le ayude a acercarse con herramientas yconceptos renovados al fenómeno criminal.Asimismo, se finaliza con una breve exposiciónde las diferencias entre la escuela anglosajonay la española. A partir de esta diferenciación,se propone al investigador extender la redultra realista y adaptar la escuela a su entornosociocultural.

This article offers a comparative analysis of systemic corruption in Peru and Spain, examining its impact on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through an ultra-realist criminological perspective. Using a mixed-methods design, the study triangulates quantitative survey data with qualitative interviews from key institutional actors to explore the structural, economic, and cultural dynamics that sustain corruption. In both contexts, corruption appears not as an occasional deviation but as a normalized institutional practice that produces significant social harm and erodes democratic legitimacy. The Projects “Enrolla2 Generation X Security Perceptions and Risk Attitudes in individuals belonging to the Generation X linked to the use of affective-sexual computer applications (CIPI / 20/091)” and “The management of desire in times of COVID (CIPI / 20/159)” had as their respective objectives, to study the perception of security, its incidence in the level of victimization and the risks to the health of individuals in affective-sexual applications; and to know the motivations that have led them to use affective-sexual apps during lockdown. El texto describe la motivación detrás de las acciones de Ama Hucha, que busca crear un espacio académico internacional para discutir los problemas de la región más desigual y violenta del mundo, Indoamérica. Su objetivo es reunir a especialistas en criminología y victimología para generar nuevo conocimiento y diseñar políticas públicas que aborden la criminalidad y la victimización. Se destaca la importancia de cambiar el enfoque punitivo actual por una perspectiva criminológica que permita comprender mejor las causas del comportamiento criminal y promover el cambio personal y social para mejorar la convivencia en la comunidad.
