This article presents the findings obtained from the study on remuneration mechanisms for ecosystem services (MRSE), based on payments for ecosystem services that are implemented in Peru, intending to analyze how they can be applied by the provider companies of the country to ensure the permanence of benefits generated by ecosystems. The ecosystem service of water regulation is one of the most important offered by the high[1]Andean ecosystems. However, knowledge about its contribution in hydrological terms is still scarce and its estimation is difficult, due to the complex eco-hydrological and climatic processes, and environmental characteristics of the Andes. Therefore, the influence of three types of ecosystems (humid puna grassland, tropical high-Andean wetland (bofedal) and Polylepis forest) was estimated on water flows, particularly flows that reach underground storage, which is equivalent to the ecosystem service of water regulation. In particular, they focus on determining if these are legally entitled to market the treated waste water generated as a result of the provision of public services in charge. Tourism is an economic activity with both positive and negative impacts on society. This study focused on analyzing the economic impacts of tourism on tourism service providers worldwide. A comprehensive search for scientific papers was conducted in databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, and Dialnet, resulting in 89 articles, of which 12 were selected for review. The findings revealed highly positive impacts on tourism service businesses, such as accommodations, restaurants, leisure centers, camps, and tour operators. Additionally, microeconomic-level enterprises were highlighted as beneficiaries. In conclusion, tourism significantly contributes to the generation of local economic benefits. Objective: To determine the relationship between competency-based management and job performance of the administrative staff at EPS Seda Huánuco S. A., as of 2023. Materials and Methods: This research is of an applied type, with a correlational level, using a non-experimental correlational design. The population and sample comprised the 57 employees of Seda Huánuco, to whom a survey technique was applied, using a questionnaire as the instrument. The objective of the research was to evaluate the economic and financial management of the service of the National University of Puno Altiplano in the period 2015 to 2017. The service center is dedicated to the sale of liquid fuels (oil and gasoline). To achieve the objective of the investigation, the horizontal and vertical analysis was carried out, to which the evaluation was added through the indicators or financial ratios to the company's financial statements. With the analysis of the latter, the influence on decision making at the managerial level was determined. The results of the economic and financial analysis indicate that there is a significant influence according to the indicators evaluated. Faced with the results, alternatives were proposed that contribute to the solution and strengthening of the economic indicators of the company.

The article analyzes the uses and interpretations of the services of a Senior Activity Center program (Centros del Adulto Mayor - CAM) by its users and the professionals who direct it in a low-income urban district of Lima, Peru. Based on ethnographic research, and revealed the way a public policy builds an «ideal old age» which is promoted by their services. This is not passively assumed by the professionals who implement the program locally. They reinterpret their guidelines based on their common sense and experience which generates contradictions and a partial reproduction of prejudices related to old age. On the other hand, users use the program as a mechanism to deal with moments of crisis that were experienced at this stage of their lives. L. en los servicios de saneamiento ambiental , fue la baja productividad en las actividades que se desarrollan, debido al problema identificado , se tuvo como propósito implementar un sistema de homologación de proveedores para mejorar los indicadores de desempeño en la realización de servicios de saneamiento ambiental. La hipótesis central sostiene que la homologación contribuirá significativamente al aumento de la productividad. This paper tries to explain how the regulation of the telecommunications’ activity abandoned the traditional system of State’s public service and evolved to the establishment of a new legal framework that encourages competition among all the economic agents operating in the sector, who must provide all telecommunications services, and, in case that delivery of basic services to all users cannot be done within the framework of the competition, then exceptionally the State as guarantor must impose obligations to ensure the user’s satisfaction in their communication needs.
