The special nature of the contractor selection procedure and the source hierarchy of the State Procurement Law have been used as an argument to support the non-application of the interoperability rule within the framework of these procedures. Being in disagreement with this position, we sustain in the article that the special nature of the selection procedure does not negate the application of the informalism principle that underpins the interoperability rule. Likewise, we maintain that the common character of the Law of General Administrative Procedure, where the principle of informalism is enshrined, requires a reinterpretation of the hierarchy of sources of the State Contracting Law.

Formula un procedimiento que reduce el número de estructuras de proceso mediante la implementación sistemática de modificaciones topológicas para maximizar la rentabilidad del proceso. El presente trabajo formula un procedimiento heurístico evolucionario para la selección preliminar de estructuras de proceso competitivas contando con un conjunto inicial de estructuras alternativas. El procedimiento de selección es organizado como un problema de optimización con el objetivo único de maximizar la ganancia. Para aproximarse a la ganancia óptima se realizan modificaciones topológicas a las estructuras de proceso iniciales. Tales modificaciones se basan en el análisis paramétrico de las variables independientes del balance de materiales. Así se obtiene un conjunto final de estructuras de proceso mejoradas.

Mine equipment selection is a complex task due to numerous technical, geometrical and economical variables involved. The variety of equipment manufacturers and agents carrying different models, types and sizes make the selection procedure even more complex. The mine planner does not have a tool to correctly select the equipment or fl eet for a project. Simulation fi lls the gap and contributes to this goal. This study tries to apply deterministic and probabilistic simulation approaches in selecting mining equipment using fi eld data from two surface mine operations. El estudio tuvo como objetivo examinar la relación entre los actos preparatorios y el proceso de selección en las contrataciones del Gobierno Regional de Loreto periodo, Año 2022; con metodología de enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental transversal y correlacional; muestra consistió 48 trabajadores, de la Oficina Ejecutiva de Logística (OEC) y Servicios Generales, y aplicación de encuesta. In current supply chains, the use of AIDC technologies allows the information that flows to be standardized and reliable, as well as obtaining a series of advantages related to saving time and costs. In Cuba, the use of these technologies is not regulated by national laws and most companies do not use them, considering ignorance of their effectiveness as the cause. This article analyzes AIDC technologies: specifically, bar code systems and radio frequency systems, their operation and benefits of their use in supply chains. Based on the existing need, a tool was designed based on a procedure that establishes a guide for the selection of technologies to be implemented in logistics processes. The tool designed is used for Case Studies to know its application and mode of use.

An exhaustive analysis of the consulted methodologies was carried out using selection variables. This work describes an electrochemical sensor for the selective recognition and quantification of amoxicillin and a β-lactam antibiotic in real samples. Objectives: To determine if the use of the KIDScore 5 algorithm (known implantation data) can help select between euploid embryos in order to improve pregnancy and implantation rates in patients undergoing assisted reproductive procedures. Methods: Retrospective cohort study in a fertility clinic, from October 2016 to December 2018, of 1 049 embryos from 328 patients. All the embryos were cultured in the Time-Lapse, Embryoscope® incubator (Vitrolife®, Canada) for 5-6 days. Of these, 896 embryos (85.4%) were biopsied and analyzed by NGS, and assessed with the predictive KIDScore 5 algorithm (Vitrolife®, Canada). The research considered exploratory, descriptive, fieldwork and synthesis analysis methods. The procedure consisted of four stages: diagnosis of the current situation, risk assessment, incidence of risks in work performance, and risk control. Its main contribution lies in the compilation, selection, proposal and explanation of the tools that allow studying different workers whose activities are focused on the use of DDS.
