En una primera parte en el presente trabajo se propone el diseño normalizado y construcción de una máquina de ensayo de Jominy con los dispositivos y accesorios auxiliares que en conjunto permitirán la ejecución de ensayos de templabilidad de aceros aleados. Tanto para el diseño y construcción se va a emplear en forma estricta las dimensiones y características constructivas contenidas en la Norma ASTM A255. Se estudiará los resultados de un ensayo de templabilidad Jominy para un acero de media y baja aleación, orientados a validar la construcción de la Máquina; se realizara la comparación de durezas obtenidas y se verificara la microestructura mediante el ensayo metalográfico obteniendo la composición de la microestructura física, de la misma manera se obtendrá las curvas de templabilidad. Se describe un caso de interacción génica por reversión del color de pelaje del hamster sirio. Se cruzaron parentales blanco acromeliano y gris oscuro, obteniéndose en la F, animales con pelaje tipo agutí y en la F, se obtuvo cuatro mutantes para el color del pelaje. Se discute la importancia de la serie C, y no se descaRta la existencia de una interacción epistática entre el pelaje gris y el blanco acromeliano.

The DNA replication is disrupted by Busulfan which is a bifunctional alquilant as an ester agent. High dose of this compound are applied before transplants of bone marrow and germ cells. However quantification of the damage to the reproductive system and its recovery have not been established. The aim of this study was to quantify both spermatogenesis and spermiogenesis recovery in mice from damage caused by an injection of Busulfan. We used Balb C mice which were evaluated 30, 54 and 72 days after the intraperitoneal injection of 40 mg/kg body weight. We took the following variables: testicular weight, spermatic concentration in epididimus line and histological cuts to measure the diameter of the seminiferous tubules. OBJECTIVE: To determine the results of oocyte donation in our experience. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Sixteen cycles of oocyte donation were performed between June 1995 and May 199 7 in 16 patients aged 35 through 48. Indications were perimenopause and/or diminished ovarian reserve (14 cases) and surgical castration (2 cases). Hormonal replacement therapy was given to receptors and ovarian stimulation by large protocol to donors. RESULTS: Seventy-one oocytes were inseminated, producing 60 formed pre-embryos, afertilization rate of 84,2%, Average insemination was 4,4 oocytesper cycle. We obtained 6 clinical pregnancies and apregnancy rate of 3 7,5%. CONCLUSIONS: Oocyte donation program used for the first time in our country obtains the highest pregnancy rates.
