In this paper the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is described, and then the service providers cloud computing is identified. The first activity in multicriteria decision- making is to establish the factors that are important to that decision. This has been determined as criteria in selecting cloud providers: accessibility scalability, performance, security. The SEPROCCAHP v01 model has been applied for three groups of students in the course of business logistics. Two groups of students have selected Google, and a third group at Microsoft. The results differ because it depends on value judgments issued in the peer evaluation criteria and alternatives to select.

Umbilical arteries (UA) resistance is assessed to detect growth restriction due to an inadequate placentation in small infants at risk of perinatal death and longterm incapacity. The umbilical artery pulsatility index (UA PI) must be compared with a statistically selected reference chart. Objective: To identify the pulsatility index (PI) reference curve whose critical value best matches our population data. Methods: The cohort was described in a previous study of 1 753 fetuses with 2 031 measurements of the PI of the uterine arteries and umbilical arteries with normal maternal-perinatal outcome. Results: PI UA had a significant negative correlation (r= -0.42) with gestational age (GA). The natural activation of sphalerite during flotation of lead is mainly related to the contamination of lead concentrate. The high content of zinc in the lead concentrate receives economic sanctions by higher refining costs, plus zinc content decreases in its flotation circuit. This research has been conducted on five samples of different minerals to identify the probable causes activation of natural sphalerite. The results indicate that the causes are intergrowths Mineralogical between lead and zinc, and the presence of soluble salts of Cu2 +. The ferrous ions and ferric Fe2 + Fe3 + did not show a significant effect on the activation of sphalerite.

The study was carried out in the "Centro de Producción de Genética Superior (CENPROGEN-SUP)" in Valle de Condebamba district, Cajamarca region, Peru, with the objective of selecting male guinea pigs for breeding based on their selection index. A total of 80 male guinea pigs of the Cajamarca ecotype of the Facultad de Ingeniería en Ciencias Pecuarias (pure and crossbred FICP) of the National University of Cajamarca, as well from the Valley of Mangallana and from the Valley of Cholocal. The guinea pigs were fed alfalfa, concentrate and water ad libitum for 56 days. The daily weight gain (IPD) and total weight gain (IPT), final weight (PF), body length (LC) and feed conversion (CA) were evaluated. Mine equipment selection is a complex task due to numerous technical, geometrical and economical variables involved. The variety of equipment manufacturers and agents carrying different models, types and sizes make the selection procedure even more complex. The mine planner does not have a tool to correctly select the equipment or fl eet for a project. Simulation fi lls the gap and contributes to this goal. This study tries to apply deterministic and probabilistic simulation approaches in selecting mining equipment using fi eld data from two surface mine operations. El estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar y seleccionar cuyes machos genéticamente superiores a través de rasgos productivos y morfológicos. Se construyó un índice genético a fin de determinar el Valor Probable de Cría (PVB) para características como incremento de peso (IPT), longitud corporal (LC), perímetro torácico (PT) y conversión alimenticia (CA). Cuarenta cuyes destetados fueron alojados en jaulas individuales de acuerdo con un diseño completamente aleatorio, distribuidos en dos tratamientos, cuyes Valle Cajamarca y cuyes Valle Condebamba. Este servicio combina la destreza de un evaluador SMS quien evalúa las características físicas de una vaca que tienen que ver con funcionalidad (longevidad) y los combina con la tecnología de la computación para escoger un reproductor de su base de datos para producir apareamientos ideales. Dicho de otra manera: “Conociendo como es la vaca, SMS le escoge el toro ideal”. Este apareamiento (Mating) lo hace la computadora luego del trabajo de campo evaluando el tipo (evaluación lineal) de la vaca, detalles de comportamiento, pedigrí y otras consideraciones.

Manual drying and selection activities contain many occupational hazards, affecting the safety and well-being of the people involved in these tasks, with the ergonomic risk of an intolerable level requiring immediate intervention. This research provides safe automated mechanisms for operations through internationally validated methodologies, without affecting the sensory characteristics.

La calidad de atención es un punto vital dentro de toda organización, más aún dentro de una organización del rubro hotelero, para que esta se mantenga competitiva en el mercado de hoy en día. Por ende, que un hotel cuente con una calidad de atención deficiente ocasionaría la desaparición de este mismo. El hotel Casa Andina Select Miraflores es un hotel de 4* que fue inaugurado en febrero del 2012. Se encuentra ubicado en el distrito de Miraflores en Lima y cuenta con 155 habitaciones. En los últimos meses se han podido notar ciertos problemas con lo que respecta a la atención que se brinda en la recepción del hotel. Esta atención repercute negativamente en los huéspedes que se retiran del hotel descontentos.

The introduction of good governance in the economic growth and development agenda in the last two decades, along with the failure of aid conditionality to produce positive growth results, motivated ex-post selectivity instead of the ex-ante conditionality as a new approach to aid allocation. This paper aims to explore whether aid selectivity on the basis of the quality of governance is employed as a criterion in foreign aid allocation. The paper uses different instrumental variables as estimators to analyze the determinants of aid allocation over the period 2001–2010. The results produced strong evidence that countries with good governance are given preferential treatment by donors. Among the six governance indicators, it seems that voice and accountability and control of corruption are critical in the aid allocation decision.

In the last two decades, on these software development methodologies has been engaged in intense debate between two currents. On the one hand, the so-called traditional methods, focusing on process control, with rigorous monitoring of the activities involved in them. On the other hand, agile methods, focusing on human factors in collaboration and customer participation in the development process and a relentless increase in software with very short iterations. The article presents a proposal, in the midst of this debate, to select a software development methodology.
