This paper sets out to analyze some new rules of the New Criminal Procedure Code linked with the regulation of the civil action exercise in the criminal proceeding. The author indicates that the civil liability that is required in the criminal proceeding does not derivate from a commission of a crime: the crime has the penalty as a consequence and the civil wrong a civil penalty. The civil actor has to be interested on the existence of a damage, not that the fact that it is based on be a crime. An erroneous understanding of this issue caused that the civil action were conditioned to an emission of a condemnatory resolution due to the civil action is not accessory of the penalty. This work compare the efficiency of water treatment from Rimac river. Samples from different phases of water treatment (decanted, filtered and chlorinated) were compared with not treated samples. Coliphages quantification was made by Simple Layer and Membrane Filter methods. Most Probable Number (NMP) and Membrane Filter methods were used to assessment of Total Coliforms, Coliforms Thermotolerants and Heterotrophic Bacteria. The standard strain of E. coli C ATCC 13706 was used as coliphages host. The averages of quantified coliphages were of 2267,25 UFP/100 mL in samples with out treatment; 2,11, 2,04 and 1,07 UFP/100 mL in the water samples from decanted, filtered and chlorinated treatment respectively. Las inundaciones constituyen uno de los desastres naturales más recurrentes en la región sudamericana, ocasionando numerosos daños a propiedades y pérdidas de vidas. Dada la relevancia de este fenómeno, la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la susceptibilidad a inundaciones fluviales en la microcuenca Cumbaza, localizada en las provincias de San Martín y Lamas, Perú. El objetivo de esta investigación fue: Determinar el Proceso Histórico de la comunidad “Brillo Nuevo” para fortalecer el aprendizaje de los niños del V ciclo de Educación Primaria N° 64473. Rio Yahuasyacu durante el año 2020. La investigación fue de tipo descriptivo. El diseño usual de la Indagación fue el no experimental y el diseño específico fue el descriptivo transversal. In Peru only treat 29.1% of urban domestic wastewater is performed. The textile industry, which uses large amounts of dye pigments not properly treat their effluents, being part of the problem. The Fenton process is an alternative for the treatment of effluents from the dyeing process, the most important pollutant azo compounds. Esta investigación analiza los primeros 250 kilómetros del río Huallaga en Perú, enfocándose en su geomorfología, sedimentología, hidráulica e hidrología. Se caracterizaron el agua y los sedimentos, destacando patrones estacionales de caudal y transporte de sedimentos en periodos de avenidas. Se descubrió un importante aporte de sedimentos de afluentes y quebradas en meses secos, desafiando la comprensión tradicional de los procesos sedimentarios en ríos de montaña. A través de ejercicios de escucha sonora, cartografías, entrevistas y experimentación material con las fibras vegetales, me interesa abrir un espacio para preguntarnos si aún es posible hablar de comunidad a través del río Surco. El río Surco es un canal prehispánico con más de dos mil años de antigüedad, nace del río Rímac y recorre 29 km por debajo de la ciudad de Lima hasta llegar a la costa del Pacífico. Es el cordón umbilical que alimenta la ciudad, un cordón escondido que aún está vivo. This study is based on the evaluation process of the university public policy of distance education and, specifically, the implementation of the Classroom platform, in its didactic and operational dimensions, at the National Autonomous University of Huanta (UNAH), period 2020, in the context of physical and social isolation, which allowed an accurate analysis to make decisions in this regard. This research sought to describe the teaching strategies used by teachers in the interaction processes of first grade students in two educational institutions in Lima. The technique used was, in the first place, observation, for which a field notebook and a checklist were used. Second, interviews were applied to teachers. Among the finds, the significance of the strategies employed, such as teamwork, dynamics of integration and assignment of roles in the modes of interaction of first grade students, was evidenced. Likewise, certain predominant attitudes were observed among some students, which evidenced the establishment of both horizontal and vertical interactions.

The mathematical relationships obtained denote the complexity of the operation in the leached and adsorbed gold stage on activated carbon; since significant losses of gold in solution occur in real metallurgical operations. Similarly, in the adsorbed gold operation, it reveals its high kinetics at the beginning and tends to decrease as the process progresses; eventually reaching the maximum gold load that the carbon can accommodate, and then showing the opposite trend. Furthermore, varying the concentration of carbon affects the adsorption operation; that is, the kinetics of gold adsorbed on carbon decreases over time, but the operation has higher kinetics with a larger volume of carbon during adsorption. The current study has determined that the materials from brass to bismuth, 1.11%, 1.46% and 2.48% respectively, have the following characteristics: the brass to bismuth material drawing, uniform round bar of 19 mm which microstructure is formed by α + β, shows inclusions of bismuth in the grain limits and in the same grain. The grain deformation is smaller on the surface, and it becomes bigger as it reaches the center. The mechanical properties of the 19 mm drawing material, I and II are bigger than the established by the ASTM B 16/B 16M, being the HRB hardness higher than the established by the norm. In current supply chains, the use of AIDC technologies allows the information that flows to be standardized and reliable, as well as obtaining a series of advantages related to saving time and costs. In Cuba, the use of these technologies is not regulated by national laws and most companies do not use them, considering ignorance of their effectiveness as the cause. This article analyzes AIDC technologies: specifically, bar code systems and radio frequency systems, their operation and benefits of their use in supply chains. Based on the existing need, a tool was designed based on a procedure that establishes a guide for the selection of technologies to be implemented in logistics processes. The tool designed is used for Case Studies to know its application and mode of use.
