The objective of the study was to develop a short version of the Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS), from the original version of 20 items, proposed by Watson et al. (1988a). The sample consisted of 3960 students from a public university in Lima. The results indicate that the validity of the internal structure, through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, was defined by 10 items and two dimensions. Positive affects are organized into five items: determined, optimistic, inspired, active, and attentive; while negative affects are in five items: irritable, hostile, angry, guilty, and ashamed. The present study addresses a systematic literature review (RSL) on the current development of bioplastics as a sustainable alternative due to their degradability. The methodology consisted of an exhaustive search in the Scopus database using keywords about bioplastics, biodegradables, starch, among others. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were applied, finally obtaining 30 relevant articles published in the last 5 years (2018 - 2023). The results show that the main types of bioplastics in development are biodegradable plastics from fossil resources, compostable and bio-based. The degradability time varies between 6 months to 10 years depending on the materials, although few studies specify this information. In the company Imperios Operadores Logísticos S.A, a questionnaire of Burnout Syndrome was applied to 28 participating collaborators, whose diagnosis showed that 39% was in the middle level and 61% in the high level of the syndrome; signs that these employees were emotionally tired, unmotivated and indifferent to their coworkers. This work aims to design a mechanical transfer system that allows us to integrate the need for power and speed ratio existing in the industry to obtain a safe mechanism ensuring the transmission system, which is optimal for maintenance. The methodology con sists of two - stage gearbox design features a gear mechanism with a gear ratio of 10 to 1 to decrease the output speed and increase the motor torque. The gearbox design parameters were calculated using the Excel program; for the simulations the So lidWorks program was used. University studies not only mean a process or stage of professional training for young people, but also a moment in their lives that presents them with different challenges that require them to develop disciplinary, social and personal competences. Unfortunately, if the young person does not manage to overcome this test, the problems that this stage brings will overcome him, binding himself in situations that hewill simply be unable to face. Therefore, universities must find pedagogical tools that not only see the academic development of their students, but also the adoption of coping skills that allow them to improve as people. This article seeks to present an approach to mentoringas a possible accompaniment tool that can indirectly reduce the dropout rate by improving the learning experience of university students.

The objective of this research was to present the effects of a psycho-emotional care program in reducing depression in victims of sexual abuse in a hospital in the Callao Region, 2019. It was carried out in 30 adolescent patients who were evaluated in levels of depression using the Beck Depression Inventory instrument (BID IIA). The pre and posttest quasi-experimental design was used. The results revealed that the experimental group significantly decreased depressive symptoms, finding a t = 20.34 and a p = <.001. The difference of the means in the post-test increased in favor of the experimental group in the two dimensions somatic t = 17.52 and a p = <.001 and affective cognitive t = 18.97 and a p = <.001. Finally, it is concluded that the program is effective in reducing depression in adolescents and it is recommended to train psychologists in it.
