Este artículo presenta los resultados de la investigación referida a la aplicación de estrategias metodológicas, cuyo objetivo fue demostrar que su aplicación estimula los niveles de conciencia fonológica en los niños y niñas de 5 años de edad de la Institución Educativa Inicial N°014 Estrellitas de María José Leonardo Ortiz Chiclayo. In the company Imperios Operadores Logísticos S.A, a questionnaire of Burnout Syndrome was applied to 28 participating collaborators, whose diagnosis showed that 39% was in the middle level and 61% in the high level of the syndrome; signs that these employees were emotionally tired, unmotivated and indifferent to their coworkers. Contrary case happened in the subsequent test, whose results managed, that no collaborator has a high level of Burnout Syndrome; otherwise 25% of those evaluated managed to have a low level, while 75% were located at a medium level, for this reason the application of the coping techniques developed with said collaborators managed to decrease the high levels of Burnout Syndrome. Science teaching is a key issue and is a necessity for people, efforts to work in this area are still insufficient because children do not show interest in it despite their investigative abilities. The purpose of this research is to propose workshops based on children's music to promote the development of scientific inquiry in children of three years of an initial educational institution of Chiclayo. It has a quantitative approach methodology with a proactive, non-experimental descriptive design. As a result, it was identified that those evaluated are at low and medium levels, so it is vitally important to serve them through a didactic and innovative proposal. In short, it is stated that active learning workshops accompanied by children's music constitute a powerful tool to develop scientific inquiry in early childhood.

This research had the general objective of demonstrating that the application of recreational methodologies will reinforce engagement in the security personnel of a Higher Educational Institution in the Lambayeque Region. The nature of the research was of a single-case, pre-experimental quantitative type, with an application study design, we worked with a population sample made up of 21 security agents.
