Currently, textile processing plants need to control the conditions associated with the spinning process, being the air conditioning of working environments an important factor in the quality and productivity of these processes. The benefits obtained from the optimization of this air conditioning help to guide a lower energy consumption, helping to improve the positioning of the products and providing profitability in the operation processes. Due to the advantages obtained in the air conditioning process, this work proposes a system that allows reusing the residual energy generated at the outlet of the ventilation ducts. This residual energy is fed into the plant to reduce the high temperatures observed in the ceiling. Consequently, this approach will generate a decrease in the service demand of the air conditioning system and reduce operating costs. Also, to verify this proposal, a mult...

The mining industry of porphyry copper deposits process complex and low-grade minerals (Romero Toledo et al., 2017). One of the problems related to this practice, is the type of mineral, harming the mining - metallurgical treatment that affects the consumption of excessive energy and the critical recovery of economic minerals (Mudd, 2010). The objective of the research was to analyze the mineralogical characterization; then to contrast the behavior of the minerals in the process of flotation of minerals in the porphyry deposits of copper and with it to implement improvements (Díaz Villena, 2017). The techniques used were X-ray diffraction, optical-electronic microscopy (Manzaneda Cabala, 2010) and chemical analysis. They provided reliability and support to determine qualitatively and quantitatively the mineral phases that cause problems in the flotation of copper minerals  (Donoso ...

The investigation concerns landscape fragmentation district of Las Lomas in Piura, affected by the existence of an open dump. The study focuses on the possible restoration of the landscape during the decommissioning process. To which we studied the native plant species of dry forest piurano selecting the most resistant and helpful in the recovery process, the same that were placed scenically on the final cover. This process called phytoremediation help the roots of trees and shrubs stabilize the closed area, degrade and absorb waste leachate. Proper placement and subsequent vegetation growth recover the landscape will help the return of displaced wildlife and allow this process to accelerate regenerator for the welfare of the surrounding population.

The present research study demonstrates that the recovery of gold and zinc in gold-containing marmatitic zinc ores is feasible. The recovery of these metals was analyzed by factorial experimental designs, using the reagents: CuSO4, AR-3418 and AR-1242 as independent variables, while all other variables remained constant. As a result of the research, a mathematical model was obtained for the recovery of gold and zinc, performing the adjusted factorial design analysis, as indicated: Recovery of gold (Au) = 83.40+ 0.00600 CuSO4 + 0.110 AR-3418 + 0.035 AR-1242 + 0.000313 CuSO4 * AR 3418+ 0.000275 CuSO4 * AR-1242- 0.00800 AR-3418 * AR-1242 - 0.000011 CuSO4 * AR-3418 * AR-1242. Likewise, the recovery of zinc (Zn) = 73.14 + 0.0100 CuSO4 + 0.132 AR-3418 + 0.051 AR-1242 + 0.000164 CuSO4 * AR-3418 + 0.000131 CuSO4 * AR-1242 - 0.00811 AR-3418 * AR-1242 - 0.000004 CuSO4 * AR-3418 * AR-1242.

The interest of recovering the flotation tailings containing silver , there has been many years ago, mainly by large volumes and significant silver tenors these metals involved. Metallurgical studies to find a suitable treatment scheme for these tailings have been conducted , evaluating alternatives pyro and hydrometallurgical laboratory level. As a conclusion of this work, the hydrometallurgical process of acid leaching was selected - chlorinating, for best metal performance and flexibility. This paper mainly covers the results obtained at the laboratory, where the main variables of the process are evaluated. Such as particle size , concentration and pH of the leaching . The results at the laboratory showed that NaCl solutions acidified with 25% sulfuric acid, it is possible to extract about 40 % of the silver content, value would be limited by the mineralogical composition of the taili...

In current times, and with regard to extractive metallurgy, the use of new technologies for the recovery os values that can be present in minerals or in their concentrates and which can be hardly extracted by means of conventional technologies are shown special interest. One of these new technologies is bacterial leaching. In the present work, the theoretical aspects of bacterial leaching are made known, remarking on the importance of the mechanism involved in the biooxidation of Fe(II) towards Fe(III). Experimental aspects are also mentioned, such as the methodology followed in biohydrometallurgical processes. To that effect, results of tests carried out in the laboratory are presented, with which we can better outline the interest that the use of biological systems in the recovery of metallic values arouses.

In this paper, we review the compositional operations of acting in theater rehearsal based on the concept of equality scene (Rancière, 2012). We are interested in how the acting composition manifests itself in independent theater rehearsal read as a possible equality scene. The focus of this work is placed in the theatrical rehearsal and the acting composition. We will share possible theoretical approaches to the term theatrical rehearsal. We will carry out research on the categories and definitions that intervene in the acting repetition that occurs in the acting creative process during rehearsal. Whit the contributions around rehearsal in Alberto Ure (2003), the acting conception in instances of stage composition developed in Cancha con niebla (2003) by Ricardo Bartís, and the acting registers posed by Federico León (2005), we propose a theoretical panorama of the notion of rehearsa...

Traditional materials have been part of our society across much of the world and, by extension, were also widely used in Peru up until the 20th century. The arrival of new materials such as cement and concrete has led to a sudden loss of the knowledge once held about traditional materials. However, in restoration and conservation processes of cultural buildings, understanding the characteristics and types of materials present in such structures is essential, both for their consolidation and reintegration. This requires not only the recovery of the material itself but, more importantly, the revival of traditional skills and the knowledge associated with them. Lime is no exception to this process and, unfortunately, the knowledge related to its use has also been lost. This article explores the use of lime as a traditional material and the importance of its recovery, not only due to its com...

Reviews on biotechnological chitin recovery from crustacean waste and other sources acknowledge. Most of the reviews conclude that although important results on chitin recovery have been achieved, there is still a need for better approaches to improve operational conditions of deproteinization and demineralization processes, such as time, carbon source, pH (initial and during fermentation), volume of inoculum, temperature, among others, in order to apply at industrial level, a bioprocess commercially and environmentally cost/effective viable. The present review aims to gather the most updated available information about research on biotechnological methods to recover chitin from crustacean waste, studied during the past 10 years, focussing on conditions applied to deproteinization (DP) and demineralization (DM), particularly on bioprocessing times and microbial species.

The worldwide demand for silver is increasing due to the technological development in different areas, especially for the requirements in the production of renewable energies; therefore, for the treatment of refractory minerals by conventional processes, it is necessary to study mechanisms to identify the viability of their processing and the feasibility of their recovery, ensuring profitability. Gold and silver present in the matrix of sulfide-based ores are not affordably recovered by the conventional method involving leaching in sodium cyanide solution. Therefore, it must be subjected to oxidation pretreatment or conversion of the sulfides to simple compounds that allow recovery of the precious metals. The methods of oxidation of minerals considered refractory are carried out by hydro and pyrometallurgical methods, seeking the dissolution of sulfur, iron, arsenic and other elements pr...

The aim of the study was to determine the maximum time to recover and cryopreservespermatozoa from the tail of canine epididymis post orchiectomy. The testes were obtainedthrough orchiectomy from 20 dogs aged 1 to 8 years. The testis were placed in sodiumchloride 0.9% and stored at 5 °C for 0, 24, 48 and 72 hours. Spermatozoa were recoveredby cutting the tail of the epididymis in an extender based on Tris-citrate-fructose. For the cryopreservation process, egg yolk (20%) and glycerol (5%) was added to the dilutedsample (sperm + dilutor). The new dilution was packaged in 0.5 ml straws, which weresubjected to a cooling curve and then placed in liquid nitrogen. Total motility, progressivemotility and functional integrity of the membrane were evaluated. Beforecryopreservation process, total motility after 24 and 72 hours of storage at 5 ºCdecreased (p<0.05). However, total motility foun...
