Welding constitutes a type of permanent joint in the assembly process in the secondary manufacturing industry such as construction for the manufacture of automobiles, aircraft, bridges, tanks, ships, pipes, among others. The objective of this research was to compare the mechanical tensile strength and hardness of welded specimens. The mechanical traction was to evaluate the resistance to breakage of the weld seams by the MIG/MAG process versus the SMAW welding process, on ASTM 36 base material. The hardness was to determine the plastic deformation of the area affected by heat during the fusion process. This paper investigates whether the sensory development of children living in welfare institutions, and therefore in an unfamiliar environment, processing and consequently have a different sensory profile of children who show that they operate in an environment family. Were selected for 51 children belonging to portuguese child protection centers, and 87 who lived with their families, all in the vicinity of the 4 years of age. Therefore, the total sample was composed of 138 individuals. Parenting styles and the type of family functioning have been linked by many experts in the field of drug addiction to the origin of emotional problems. The aim of this study focuses on the perception of drug addicts on patterns of aging parents; and the perception of family functioning between the child and their parents. For this study three groups were formed: a first group consisting of a sample of 107 male drug addicts subjects (mean age 32,38) This group have supplied a questionnaire socio - demographic, the Parental Bonding Instrument (PBI) and the Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale (FACES III). En el presente trabajo se aborda el estudio de la actividad de la magnetita soportada en nanofibras de carbono hacia la reacción de reducción de oxígeno en medio alcalino, además se evaluó la influencia de la temperatura de síntesis de las nanofibras de carbón en su morfología, grado de ordenamiento y porosidad, y de cómo estas propiedades influencian en su labor como soporte de las nanopartículas de magnetita. Se puso a prueba tres sistemas de producción de plántulas, utilizando tubetes de 20 cm de longitud y bolsas de polietileno de ½ Kg con la finalidad de determinar cuan influyente son estos sobre el desarrollo fisiológico de las plántulas de Manchinga. Our objective was to explore the processes of construction of an alternative masculine identity of a young university student, analyzing his narratives from the Socioconstructionist theoretical framework through a semi-structured interview. In the present research it is analyzed the relationship between the consumption of cigarettes and the academic achievement in a group of students from a private university in Arequipa. In order to collect the data, it was selected a random sample composed by 464 students of nine professional careers; 40,52 % of them were male and 59,48 %, female. It was taken the Fargerstrom Test for Smoking, finding that only 1 % of the sample could be considered as cigar dependent; meanwhile, in predictive data processing, through regression analyses, we found that the students with higher punctuation in Fargerstrom Test have low academic achievement, and the semester of studies predict positively the academic achievement.

This article presents the results of an investigation that tests an alternative program to improve reading comprehension, the direct instruction of reading strategies, the use of different types of texts, and where the teacher cedes control of the process were taken as guidelines reader to student gradually. The research was of an applied type, with a quasi-experimental design, working with 44 second-grade high school students from public educational institutions, to measure the study variable of applying the Demonstrating what we learned-Reading test developed by the UMC. The results show us a significant difference between the control and experimental group, proving its effectiveness in increasing the level of reading comprehension and in the development of their abilities.

The present research seeks to establish how the relationship between resilience, tutorial orientation and perception of competence in university students of a public university in Metropolitan Lima. To achieve this goal, three measuring instruments were built for data collection: resilience questionnaire, tutorial orientation questionnaire and competence perception questionnaire, fulfilling validity and reliability criteria. The main objective of the research was the main strategy that was related to the entrepreneurial attitude in nursing students of a public university in Lima. A substantive research work was carried out, under the hypothetical-deductive methodology, non-experimental, cross-sectional. The population was made up of 75 students to whom the survey technique was applied, for which a questionnaire with Likert responses with reagents was developed.
