La presente investigación con diseño descriptivo correlacional tuvo como propósito final determinar la relación existente entre la Actitud hacia la Transgresión de Normas Sociales y la Historia Transgeneracional Familiar en internos sentenciados de un establecimiento penitenciario. Con muestra de 337 internos sentenciados con tres tipos de delito cometido: Robo agravado, Homicidio y Violación sexual, todos de género masculino y con sentencia en curso. Para la investigación se utilizaron dos instrumentos construidos por Solari (2016): Escala de Actitud hacia la trasgresión de normas sociales (AHTOS) y el Cuestionario de Historia Transgeneracional Familiar (HTRAFA). The present investigation had as final purpose to determine the existing relation between the Attitude towards the Transgression of Social Procedure and the Transgeneracional Familiar History in prisoners sentenced of a penitentiary establishment. With sample of 337 prisoners sentenced with three types of committed crime: aggravated Theft, Homicide and sexual Violation, all of masculine gender and with sentences in process.
