La presente investigación estudió el Liderazgo Directivo y Desempeño Docente en Instituciones Educativas de la Urbanización Raúl Porras Barrenechea – Carabayllo, 2015”, se realizó con la finalidad de determinar la relación entre liderazgo directivo y desempeño docente en las Instituciones Educativas de la Urbanización Raúl Porras Barrenechea. La metodología de investigación es correlacional, la población estuvo constituida por 200 docentes de las Instituciones Educativas de la Urbanización Raúl Porras Barrenechea.
