The aim of this study is to evidence the importance to know the difficulties that implies the Spanish teaching and learning in high and low context cultures. This promotes a better communication between people and it promotes the dissemination of knowledge and a better global conviviality. This research will be focused in giving relevant information that will help in the teaching process for the Spanish teachers as a foreign language for English and Chinese speakers. This research presents a qualitative approach and was conducted through the triangulation of expert interviews, documentary analysis and anecdotal records. This article shows the more salient characteristics in bornes from low economic status, which affect children's normal cognitive and psychosocial development as well as their school performance. It is suggested that in order to improve children's chance for a better performance at school, mothers should be trained in strategies and practices to assist in the learning process their children to successfully achieve their goals.

At the multiethnic and multicultural colonial Paraguay’s space, some people played a central role as intermediaries between different cultural traditions. Within this context, in the reducciones de indios emerged a new kind of actors who displayed a diversity of strategies in order to preserve indigenous welfare as self-profit. These were the guaraní leaders, a kind of cultural bridges as well as political and economic agents because of the daily practices they play in thecolonial society.

Health literacy is associated with better health outcomes. Primary care professionals generally provide most of the care to patients and are also often the first point of contact for patients within a health system. This article discusses four strategies to promote health literacy in the primary care setting: 1) Improve the clinician’s communication skills, 2) Use e-Health tools, 3) Promote patient self-care, and 4) Develop support systems and care environments. These strategies are discussed in the context of the realities of low and middle income countries, as in the case of Peru.

The present research examined reflexively the causes of teacher discomfort linked to the negative results of students’ performance. It was carried out under a qualitative approach with multiple case study design subjecting 10 university teachers to in-depth interviews.The results were disaggregated into the following categories: predominance of contradictory feelings; inability to endure anxiety; inhibition; self- depreciation; anxiety as a dominant trait and balance; acceptance of conflict as an objective reality. It was concluded that the interviewees agreed on a contradiction between the higher education system to promote quality and the real provision of the tools and conditions to do so in practice. The author analyzes the Mexico’s energetic reform during the sexennial of 2013 to 2018. A historic study refers that Mexican energy matrix was based on fossil sources of energy as crude oil and natural gas. In recent times, an unprecedented event in contemporary history has disrupted social systems, exposing vulnerabilities in our educational system, mainly in economically disadvantaged areas. The covid- 19 arrived in an untimely manner and forced to make resounding changes in the way the teaching-learning process has been developing. Unesco (2020) reports that the pandemic has affected "1.6 billion students in more than 190 countries on all continents. School and other educational closures have affected 94% of students worldwide, a figure that rises to 99% in low- and lower-middle-income countries."

The low number of women in the so-called STEM fields has been the subject of research around the world. Such investigations are important for expanding the discussion and reflection on the disparity between the number of men and women in these areas. With this in mind, this article seeks to contribute to an understanding of the Brazilian academic scenario regarding the participation of women in the STEM (world of) work. Thus, the question that guided our mapping was: what is the national production on women’s participation in the Brazilian STEM scene? To this end, we searched the following databases: SCOPUS, Web of Science, Google Scholar and Scielo, and found a total of 47 references. These were analyzed and separated into six groups according to their central proposal.

The holding of the parliamentary and presidential elections in Peru during the pandemic caused by COVID-19 was a controversial issue, to the point that its suspension or postponement was put into debate, especially if we take into account the effects that could have generated both in the right to vote as in the right to health. In this context, various constitutionalists, academics and international organizations pointed out that it was necessary to strengthen democratic institutions by exercising the citizen's right to vote, but it was necessary to have biosafety protocols to avoid further contagion. The research analyzed the mobbing in the organizational context from the discipline of counseling. It was held at the administrative headquarters of a supermarket / department store chain in the city of Maracaibo. It was a descriptive, field study with a non-experimental, transactional design. The population was census, made up of 43 employees. A questionnaire validated by expert judgment was used with a reliability index according to the Cronbach's alpha Coefficient of 0.853. The results do not show a high percentage of behaviors that constitute mobbing and when it occurs, the author of the mobbing is mainly the supervisor. The learning of mathematics and its teaching are complex for the Peruvian student and teacher, especially in contexts marked by low economic conditions, in which quechua has already been forgotten due to its scarce practice. As a purpose, we propose to characterize the meanings of the learning and teaching of mathematics in quechua and Spanish, based on the qualitative - narrative approach, we assume a sample of 10 students and two quechua speakers and Spanish speakers of Huancavelica and Comas district (Lima). We use two instruments for the measurement of student learning, and a survey of pedagogical approach. This research project entitled aims to determine levels of urban thermal comfort of the City of Puno by the influence of urban settings, open spaces and their environmental context, using the analytical, deductive, and hypothetical method.
