Objective. The research carried out had the objective of analyzing the follow-up process carried out by the accompaniment service for the families of the CUNA MÁS National Program, for an adequate quality management. Methods. It was a research with a quantitative approach, explanatory level, non-experimental design, transectional. The group of specialists from the Territorial Units of the Program was considered as a population, therefore, the sample consisted of 20 subjects. A questionnaire was used, previously validated by experts and reliable. The ethical considerations of the research were applied. Descriptive analysis was performed and hypotheses were tested. The research analyzed the mobbing in the organizational context from the discipline of counseling. It was held at the administrative headquarters of a supermarket / department store chain in the city of Maracaibo. It was a descriptive, field study with a non-experimental, transactional design. The population was census, made up of 43 employees. A questionnaire validated by expert judgment was used with a reliability index according to the Cronbach's alpha Coefficient of 0.853. The results do not show a high percentage of behaviors that constitute mobbing and when it occurs, the author of the mobbing is mainly the supervisor. The profile to the personality´s characteristics that favor situations of the Mobbing, it is located in the middle category for the stalker and low for the stalked. The relevance of the family in society is indisputable, the parents are directly responsible for the childhood formation, preparing them for life, independent and productive for society. In that context, we found out to determine the relationship between Family Dynamics and Psychosocial Development of Primary Education students of a Private Educational Institution by Punto Fijo, Falcón State - Venezuela.
