In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project Music for Everybody. The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. For this purpose, the ministries signed an agreement on joint work in order to promulgate the project that was developed and organized by scientists, musicians, and teachers. This study analyzes the factors that influence wine consumer behavior in La Rioja, Spain, focusing on perception, disposition, and the influence of reference groups and wineries’ branding strategies. The research was based on 300 structured interviews with visitors to Bodegas Franco Españolas, highlighting the demographic and educational profile of the participants. The acceptance of a Tempranillo wine was assessed using a Likert- scale questionnaire and structural equation modeling with partial least squares was applied to analyze the variables related to purchase intention and positive emotions. This article studies the various problems faced by victims in accessing justice in the context of the health emergency caused by COVID-19. It shows the great importance and practical usefulness of the 100 Brasilia Rules in the treatment and accompaniment of the victim during the work carried out by the Public Prosecutor’s Office to defend their violated rights. It mentions the challenges posed by the imposition of quarantine at the institutional level. Also, the consequences of quarantine, for example, the increase in the number of victims among the vulnerable population.

In this regard, the internet has allowed mankind to develop new facets and to communicate using the social media, an authentic revolution for society as a whole. From the time that the Peruvian Government ordered mandatory social distancing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the cyber criminals, pedophiles and stalkers obtained a great advantage to perpetrate crimes. At present, the worldwide violence in all its forms is considered a public health problem, and cyberstalking has become a new form of psychological violence that causes stress, humiliation, anxiety and depression in the most vulnerable population.

The holding of the parliamentary and presidential elections in Peru during the pandemic caused by COVID-19 was a controversial issue, to the point that its suspension or postponement was put into debate, especially if we take into account the effects that could have generated both in the right to vote as in the right to health. In this context, various constitutionalists, academics and international organizations pointed out that it was necessary to strengthen democratic institutions by exercising the citizen's right to vote, but it was necessary to have biosafety protocols to avoid further contagion. The portraits by Max T. Vargas are an essential key to understanding what fashions were followed by the high society of Arequipa during his time. But also, they provide insights into how Max T. Vargas used both fashion and ambiance resources, rather than post-touching techniques, as tools to portray the photogenic qualities of his clients. This aspect distinguishes Max T. Vargas from the pictorialist fashion being used by the most renowned photographers in the international context of the time and brings him closer to the way modern fashion photographers. However, in the second decade of the twentieth century, when pictorialism was also in fashion in the photographic portrait context of Arequipa, Max T. Vargas could not cope with his competitors and had to move to another city.

The abrupt change of the pandemic implied the transformation of traditional education to a virtual one, with numerous shortcomings, both in the organization, methodology, strategies, and instruments used. The article's objective was to deepen the knowledge found on the impact of the virtual university on educational transformation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methodology used was a literature review. Different searches of reliable and recently published sources were carried out in the Scopus database. Informal mining in the Peruvian highlands, particularly in La Rinconada, Puno, Peru, shapes an urban environment that reinforces the exclusion of women from public spaces. This article uses a right-to-the-city approach and gender-sensitive urbanism to analyze how the spatial configuration of the city—characterized by precarity and the absence of the state—limits women’s access to essential services, safety, and participation. Based on participant observation and interviews, the research shows how informal mining dynamics and structural violence restrict women’s mobility and relegate them to subordinate roles within the community.
