La presente tesis titulada “Clima organizacional y productividad de la carga procesal en los despachos de las Fiscalías Provinciales Penales Corporativas de Huánuco 2015-2018”. Tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación del clima organizacional con la productividad de la carga procesal en los despachos de las Fiscalías Provinciales Penales Corporativas de Huánuco 2015-2018. Se trató de una investigación de tipo aplicada, de nivel correlacional. La muestra estuvo constituida por 134 personas (Fiscales Provinciales, Fiscales Adjuntos, asistentes en función fiscal y asistentes administrativos) que laboran en las Fiscalías Corporativas Penales de Huánuco. This article studies the various problems faced by victims in accessing justice in the context of the health emergency caused by COVID-19. It shows the great importance and practical usefulness of the 100 Brasilia Rules in the treatment and accompaniment of the victim during the work carried out by the Public Prosecutor’s Office to defend their violated rights.
