La investigación tuvo como problema: ¿Cuál es la calidad de las sentencias de primera y segunda instancia sobre, oposición a la inscripción del derecho de posesión, según los parámetros normativos, doctrinarios y jurisprudenciales pertinentes, en el expediente Nº 2008-0153-0-0801-JM-CL-1 del distrito Judicial de Cañete 2017; el objetivo fue: Determinar la calidad de las sentencias en estudio?. The purpose of this article is to describe the violence in the context of new information technologies: the crime of sexual harassment. In this regard, the internet has allowed mankind to develop new facets and to communicate using the social media, an authentic revolution for society as a whole. From the time that the Peruvian Government ordered mandatory social distancing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the cyber criminals, pedophiles and stalkers obtained a great advantage to perpetrate crimes. At present, the worldwide violence in all its forms is considered a public health problem, and cyberstalking has become a new form of psychological violence that causes stress, humiliation, anxiety and depression in the most vulnerable population.

Significant advances in computing, telecommunications, and the internet have driven social, economic, and political progress, leading to a paradigm shift: from common crime to cybercrime. Cybercriminal activity has expanded globally, giving rise to new forms of illicit conduct and criminal activity online. This phenomenon has spread worldwide, resulting in punishable actions in cyberspace, committed through social networks, digital media, online environments, and mobile or technological devices. Consequently, legislators have had to restructure and adopt regulatory tools to prevent such crimes.
