El objetivo principal del estudio consistió en demostrar la influencia de los juegos lingüísticos en el desarrollo de las habilidades comunicativas de niños y niñas de cinco años de edad de educación inicial. El enfoque adoptado correspondió al cualitativo; tipo de investigación al descriptivo correlacional; y el diseño, no experimental. Se trabajó con una muestra de 60 niños(as). El criterio de selección fue intencional por tratarse de una población pequeña. Las técnicas para promover calidad en el área de comunicación pueden ser diversas, sin embargo, en esta investigación científica tenemos como objetivo establecer la relación que existe entre la técnica del debate y el desarrollo de la expresión oral de los alumnos de quinto grado de primaria en la IE N. 3507. Con enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo, corte transversal y nivel ordinal utilizamos un diseño correlacional descriptivo y para levantar la información encuesta que tiene validez por tres jurados expertos y confiabilidad por el coeficiente de Crombach. This research work focused on determining the relationship between self-esteem and oral expression of the students of the Faculty of Education of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM). The objective was to analyze how students' self-esteem affects their ability to speak. A basic type methodology was used, specifically a non-experimental design of causal level, since a causal relationship is identified between the variables studied. The technique used to collect data was the survey, through an instrument designed to assess both self-esteem and oral expression. This article is intended for promoting children’s improvement in one of their primordial needs such as language development through an Educational program. It consists in the technique of storytelling to progress the oral expression in children. It proposes to develop a richer vocabulary, a clearer and coherent pronunciation and understanding of messages. In this way, they can express ideas fluidly and participate in dialogues with their peers and with adult actively. They also make conjectures and give their opinions, relate experiences, explain inferences, judge the attitudes of the characters of the text and distinguish between real or fictional events; through storytelling. Moreover, this article also achieves to make a reflection about the teacher’s performance.

Objective. To describe the genes expressing carbapenemase resistance present in Pseudomona aeruginosa. Methods. The scientific literature was reviewed using the PRISMA method during February 2020 in the Pubmed, Scopus and Scielo databases. Results. The polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is described as the most commonly used technique; in addition, molecular white hyperexpression genes of multiple ejection pumps that generate bacterial resistance were found. Conclusions. Conventional and multiplex PCR is the most widely used technique for the diagnosis of genes that express resistance to carbapenemases present in Pseudomona aeruginosa of patients with cystic fibrosis, being the most standardized and have high sensitivity, and specificity, also having detected IMP, VIM, OXA, MexAB-OprM, MexCD-OprJ, MexEF-OprN and MexXY-OprM genes.

This article explain the difference between "reflective feedback practices" in times of pandemic, based on inequality in access to virtual tools synchronously and asynchronously, on the form of reflective feedback that teachers perform with new and different applied digital strategies to achieve learning. The objective was to analyze the feedback from the teacher's point of view and its importance in the development of reading skills. Cyanide, used by the mining industries, is a toxic compound which mainly aff ects c-oxidase metalloenzyme in living beings, an essential enzyme for cellular respiration. The objective of the present study was to determine and compare the levels of the relative expression of messenger RNA (mRNA) of IgA in intestinal epithelium of newborn alpaca up to 45 days old, that were in good health status (n=35) and ill with enteropathy (n=35). In each group, five animals were newborns before the consumption of colostrum and five for each week of age until the sixth week. Samples consisted in 2 cm length of jejunum, which was immediately preserved at -196 °C. The extraction was done with Trizol®, then complementary DNA (cDNA) was synthesized. Freezing is abiotic stress characterized by a decrease air temperature below zero degrees Celsius. It is one of the highest incidence and impact problems in Andean´s agriculture. Morphological and physiological studies indicate that native potatoes are sources of genes related to plant frost tolerance. However, the molecular bases of tolerance mechanisms in potato are still unknown. 20 cases were studied typical mitral stenosis, ranked according to Dexter degrees, through the dye dilution curve in the following: circulatory times. cardiac index, central volume (pulmonary blood volume, Newman), intrathoracic volume (Hamilton), blood volume. Compared with normal values for sea level indicated by us. In parallel with the severity of the disease, circulation times were prolonged, decreased cardiac index and increased blood volume. The dilution technique has been used for the description of the circulatory dynamics in the heart and lungs of inhabitants of sea level and high altitude. The main purpose of this study was to measure the amount of blood in the lungs of these groups of people, through the formula of Newman, to show whether the natives of high altitudes have a greater amount of blood in the lungs. The following calculations were made: circulation time, volume, heart squeezing, intralorácico blood volume (Hamilton), central volume (Newman) and total blood volume. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the relative expression levels of cytokines IL-10 and TGF-β in the intestinal mucosa of clinically healthy alpacas from 2 to 47 days old. The animals were classified in three age groups (six animals per group): 2-8 days old (group 1), 10-21days old (group 2) and 26-47-days old (group 3), regardless sex or breed. The midportion of jejunum of each animal was collected; total RNA was extracted and then analyzed by real-time RT-PCR technique using IL-10 and TGF-β specific primers.
