Inclusive education is an urgent need in the Peruvian educational system. The Education Act states that this is a right for all without distinction, however education for children with special abilities have been locked up in special schools, limiting participants to a confined education, avoiding social interaction with peers and socialization in their midst. The research presented aims to provide input regarding the updating of teaching and non-teachers working in special and basic education in regular primary education, it is proposed a training program in Inclusive Education and its new approach to help to overcome the condition of children with special educational needs for social integration.

La investigación tuvo como objetivo Comprobar que el programa de capacitación en las TIC mejora el manejo del paquete office de los docentes del IESTP “Alto Mayo”, provincia de Moyobamba, 2019, en donde el tipo de investigación es aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo, de diseño pre experimental, las técnicas utilizadas fueron: la experimentación, observación y análisis de datos y el instrumento: Prueba sobre manejo del paquete office, se trabajó con una población y muestra 30 docentes, de los cuales 17 son varones y 13 son mujeres seleccionados con un muestreo no probabilístico. La Tesis, tiene como objetivo: Diseñar, elaborar y fundamentar un programa de estrategias metodológicas humanísticas sustentado en la teoría de Rogers. La investigación es de tipo teórica-propositiva. La población y muestra lo conformaron 31 estudiantes y 10 docentes de la Escuela Profesional de Idiomas-UNSM-T. Para medir las relaciones interpersonales se aplicó la escala de actitudes tipo Likert. Los resultados sobre las relaciones interpersonales según los docentes (Tabla 8) fueron: “Muy buenas” el 10 %, “buenas” el 60 %, “regular” el 20% y “malas” el 10%. Por su parte, los estudiantes (Tabla 23) opinan: “muy buenas” el 9,7%, “bueno” el 41,9 %, “regular” el 41,9 % y “mala” el 3,2%. Estos, coinciden en cuanto a “muy buenas” en menor proporción. El Objetivo del estudio fue evaluar el desarrollo del proceso de tutoría y el desempeño del docente tutor en un Programa Piloto de tutoría desde la perspectiva del estudiante y docente participante. El diseño de la investigación es pre experimental, aplicativo, cualicuantitativo; la población de estudio es constituida por 61 estudiantes y 12 docentes. El estudio tuvo tres fases, en la primera se realizó capacitación a los docentes tutores y se aperturó una aula virtual. En la segunda se identificó el perfil del estudiante ingresante y se conformó grupos, en la tercera se ejecutó el programa de tutorías y se realizó la evaluación de esta. Introduction: Physical inactivity among secondary school teachers increases cardiovascular and metabolic risks, highlighting the need for effective intervention strategies. Objective: To compare changes in body composition, lipid profile, and blood pressure following a physical exercise and nutritional education program. Methods: A prospective observational study was conducted with 556 teachers, divided into a program group (274) and a no-program group (282). The program included guided weekly exercises and nutritional workshops over three months. Baseline and final measurements assessed weight, body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, lipid profile, and body composition using tetrapolar bioimpedance. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the development of mentoring process and performance of the tutor in a mentoring pilot program from the perspective of student and teacher, the research design is pre experimental, application, qualitative and quantitative, the group consisted of 61 students and 12 tutors. This research had three stages; in the first teachers were trained as tutors with e-learning and was opened a virtual classroom. This article has been elaborated with the purpose of revising the teaching formation in service of the public school teachers, especially in Peru, helping to understand the teaching formation itself as a complex phenomenon, with multiple sides. The process of creation of the educational policies must be in accordance with plans that come after them. The politics and the programs of training argue, among their objectives, the possibility of transforming the practice in something better, the article analyzes the process to achieve the transformation. Additionally, a brief presentation of the program of teaching formation, implemented by the Ministry of Education in 2002, is shown.

Given that these attitudes tend to be blinded or normalized when a type of violence is manifested oriented by the gender. Teaching practice in rural areas has constituted a pedagogical challenge in recent years, however, it has revealed problems related to the commitment and identity of teachers in innovating their educational practice. The objective of the study was to design a Didactics in Action program to improve rural teaching practice in Yurimaguas, 2021. A qualitative investigation was carried out and the participation of primary level teachers could be counted on, who were interviewed without any inconvenience. The results showed that there is teacher indifference to updating, which implied the urgent need to formulate improvement proposals that addressed the identified problem. It was concluded that rural teaching practice is in a process of change that involves theoretical, methodological, digital, and investigative aspects that will serve as support in the development of students' learning.

La presente investigación se desarrolló con la finalidad de demostrar que el programa psicopedagógico AFECOGMET desarrolla el aprendizaje autónomo en los estudiantes de la Facultad de Educación y Humanidades de la sede Rioja de la UNSM-T, durante el año 2017. El tipo de estudio es aplicado, nivel experimental, con diseño cuasi-experimental y método científico fue el Inductivo-Analítico.
