El Plan de Acción, Trabajo colegiado para la mejora de la comprensión de textos escritos en los estudiantes de la IE 88042, se elaboró con la finalidad de solucionar el problema diagnosticado en la institución educativa, estudiantes del nivel secundaria, que muestran niveles de aprendizaje insatisfactorio en comprensión de textos escritos de la Evaluación Censal de Estudiantes (ECE 2016). Dicha propuesta se justifica en la medida que los resultados obtenidos en la evaluación ECE (pre inicio, inicio de 72,6%) y otras evaluaciones regionales y locales, están en el nivel de inicio en un porcentaje alto. Introduction: The prevalence of cardiovascular risk factors such as overweight, dyslipidemia, hypertension (HTN) and diabetes mellitus (DM2) has increased in recent decades, so there are multiple programs to reduce this prevalence. Objective: To evaluate the early effect of a program aimed at reducing cardiovascular risk factors in secondary education teachers. Methods: An intervention study was carried out based on the application of physical exercises and nutritional education workshops once a week for three consecutive months. Introduction: Physical inactivity among secondary school teachers increases cardiovascular and metabolic risks, highlighting the need for effective intervention strategies. Objective: To compare changes in body composition, lipid profile, and blood pressure following a physical exercise and nutritional education program. Methods: A prospective observational study was conducted with 556 teachers, divided into a program group (274) and a no-program group (282). The program included guided weekly exercises and nutritional workshops over three months.
