El presente artículo muestra el carácter problemático de los qualia para una teoría de lo mental. Con el término ‘qualia,’ hacemos referencia a aspectos no intencionales de estados mentales eminentemente cualitativos como pueden ser las experiencias perceptuales, las emociones, los humores y las sensaciones corporales. Estos aspectos no intencionales suelen caracterizarse como intrínsecos, inefables, infalibles, atómicos, privados, directos e irreductibles a lo físico. Se explica, además, el argumento de los qualia ausentes como crítica al funcionalismo sobre lo mental.

This article addresses the treatment of income obtained by directors, members of boards and management bodies of companies domiciled in the country. The particular source rule that our Income Tax Law contemplates for said subjects, when they act abroad in the exercise of their functions, is analyzed. In the first place, the origins of the provision and the reasons that would have been had to broaden the connection criterion are addressed. Then, its scope of application is revised, with emphasis on the subjects and incomes included, and the unwanted situations that fall within its scope of incidence. Finally, the double taxation problems that the provision generates are comment, discussing some legal formulas that could be used to mitigate them.

“The Part about the Crimes”, one of the five sections of Roberto Bolaño’s novel 2666, is the pretext to investigate on topics such as doubt and certainty, hand and industrial mechanization, corpses as real or spectral presences, or corpses as performatic elements, far from mimetic realism and novels of social protest. The specialized criticism only reads horror, fear, abjection, bodies as commodities and savage capitalism in this novel. On the contrary, I propose a reading that attempts to reconstruct a dialogue with the avant-garde and especially with the ready-mades by Marcel Duchamp.

For the present investigation, data collection was done through books relating to the subject, which resulted in a summary. Often presents the problem of solving a partial differential equation subject to certain conditions. This leads to problems with boundary or initial value. In some cases the solutions obtained do not satisfy one of the initial conditions, however with the aid of Fourier series it is possible to identify a solution that satisfies all the conditions.In 1807, the French mathematician Joseph Fourier series Fourier introduced its most important research work, which developed the theory of heat conduction. Starting from the premise that acting in the city of Córdoba (Argentina) is configured in spaces of acting training, through the proposed link between an ethics of being with others and the construction of corporeality. The aim of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the level of Strongyletype parasite infestation and body condition in Criollo Rio Limon (n=42), Bos taurus (n=54) and Bos indicus (n=11). The cattle belonged to two farms at Pedraza municipality in Barinas State (Venezuela). Fecal samples were analyzed by the quantitative McMaster technique using saturated saline solution. Body condition score (BCS) was evaluated using a scale of 1 to 5 (1 = thin, 5 = obese) where 2.5 was the cut-off point. Objective: To determine the coexistence of nutritional problems in public school children 6 to 9 years of age. Material and Methods: In 241 children of Matucana, Santa Eulalia and Lima public schools the body mass index (BMI) was calculated. Must et al. classification was used for nutritional diagnosis in order to respectively define deficient, low weight, normal weight, overweight and obesity. Chronic malnutrition was determined using the National Center for Health Statistics (NCSH) and anemia by less than 12 g/dL hemoglobin, adding 0,4 g/dL for each 1000 meters above sea level. Results: Children with chronic malnutrition, overweight, obesity and nutritional anemia represented 22,4, 14,1, 10,0 and 69,3% of the population studied. Objetivo: Establecer la prevalencia, características epidemiológicas, clínicas, bioquímicas y de imágenes del sobrepeso y la obesidad en niños de 5 a 10 años de edad atendidos en consulta externa de pediatría del Hospital Regional Moquegua entre los meses de agosto a diciembre del 2017. Métodos: Estudio descriptivo, observacional, trasversal; se creó una base de datos en el programa SPSS versión 23, se empleó estadística descriptiva, para determinar si existían diferencias significativas entre las variables, se utilizó Chi cuadrado.
