El presente trabajo de suficiencia fue basado en una empresa ferretera fundada en el año 2000, cuyo nombre corresponde a “Ferreterías Los Ángeles”, donde se han presentado diversos problemas a lo largo de los años y, en la actualidad, se han incrementado debido a la competencia y a la coyuntura nacional. The need to develop and know methods for metallurgical treatment to process gold-bearing refractory minerals or hard to treat be- cause of carbon contents, tellurium, antimony, arsenic, carbonates and gold in solution solid sulfides, forces us to study the different methods of specific oxidation that should be applied in each mineral before to leach ore to reach high recoveries into precious metals Through Gravimetrically followed by cyanidation is obtained 94.74% of gold extract in the studied mineral.

This article presents reflections on thinking and how it can be enhanced to generate projectual memory applied to the creative process. Thus, design situations, although challenging, will not represent an insurmountable peak of stress. The incorporation of Artificial Intelligence in the process provides feedback that encourages the enhancement of projectual thinking. Thanks to the fact that it makes it possible to visualize the process and ideas that allow the designer to manage, and/or create, tools to successfully approach any situation by returning to the thoughts and inputs used. The path to approach empowerment will be like this: review the faculty of thought; next, approach the projectual in the architectonic. Then, with the sections about conceptual and schematic inputs, communication and the creative process, the journey is consolidated.

Los dispositivos de radio tradicionales tienen una funcionalidad limitada que solo puede modificarse haciendo cambios en el hardware. En este sentido, cualquier mejora en la flexibilidad de un dispositivo de radio tradicional implica un aumento considerable en los costos de producción. Por otro lado, los sistemas de radio definidos por software (SDR) proporcionan una solución relativamente económica y efectiva, permitiendo múltiples funcionalidades que pueden mejorarse simplemente actualizando el software. El presente informe describe la implementación de cuatro sistemas SDR mediante el uso de una computadora portátil con el software GNURadio, una placa transmisora de RF y un dispositivo receptor de RF de bajo costo. Este trabajo se centra en el diseño de transmisores y receptores que pueden realizar técnicas de modulación para señal analógica (FM) y señal digital (QPSK).

In this research was to evaluated the antioxidant and photoprotective capacity of a lotion and a gel made with stabilized extract of the fruits of camu camu (Myrciaria dubia Kunth). Quality controls physicochemical, microbiological and stability to normal and accelerated conditions were performed, which allowed to develop initial parameters sunscreens extract of camu camu. The study sample is a refractory ore with an average grade of 19.31 g/TM provided by artisanal miners in the area and Yanga from the province of Canta, Lima. The mineralogy of the sample showed the presence of the following minerals: Gold, Chalcopyrite, covellite, chalcocite, sphalerite, pyrite, arsenopyrite, magnetite, hematite, goethite, rutile and bargains as photos indicate 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. The minerals found in larger volumes are bargains, Pyrite and Chalcopyrite in photo 6 are interlaced with gold particles chalcopyrite and pyrite, with the larger size of 17 microns of gold. In the first phase were carried out metallurgical testing with the hub centrifugal Knelson with 5 kg of sample, gravitational force of 60 G’s and water pressure of 3 psi, for different particle sizes as 52.25%, 60.66%, 67.13% and 74.64% - 200 mesh. Mexico is one of the leading citrus producers worldwide. This work presents an analysis for improving the citrus waxing process in a company dedicated to this activity, located in the town of Álamo, Temapache, in the northern part of the state of Veracruz, Mexico. This study used the ten approaches to operations analysis to find areas of opportunity where the company could improve; the implementation of lean manufacturing tools such as 5s, Kaizen, and autonomous maintenance was suggested to optimize the waxing process. As a result of this analysis, an improvement proposal was developed regarding simplifying operating procedures, improving the handling of materials, and optimal use of equipment, allowing the company to be more efficient and productive.
