The present article seeks to make known the probative treatment of compliance programs in a criminal proceeding followed against a legal entity. It is necessary to execute a compliance program within a company to achieve effective control and prevention of risks. It also details how the legal entity, in its status as a procedural subject, must prove the effectiveness of said compliance program in order to be exempt from liability for the commission of an offense carried out by a manager or subordinate belonging to the business organization.

This research had as objective develop, implement and validate lexicons (write to the dictation of words and sentences to assess mastery of the phonological path and write words to assess the visual route spelling), a program of stimulation of the psychological processes of the writing: syntactic process (ordering and complete words, placing punctuation) and planning of measured Scripture through the construction of a sequence of stories and the drafting of a descriptive and narrative text. The sample was comprised of 111 students in 2nd and 3rd grade primary school (56 of the control group and 55 of the experimental group) of two state educational institutions of Callao. The research hereby aims to design a Teaching Program Model based on the Communicative Approach upon the Basic Level of English as a foreign language for adult learners focused on undergraduate educators of Cesar Vallejo University, at Chiclayo Campus, according to their learning preferences. This paper contributes to the reflection on the process of transition from analog television to digital television which is to be broadcasted in Peru and considers that digital television offers a better sound and image quality and less interference. The process of technological migration may take 1 O years. Peru has already opted for rhe Japanese standard HDTV, which among orher advanrages offers portable and mobile reception. El presente articulo ofrece información de los programas de capacitación implementados por los países de América Latina y el Caribe (ALC) como respuesta al desempleo que afronta los jóvenes de escasos recursos. Para ello se expone el objetivo y el alcance de los programas de capacitación laboral implementados desde la década de los 80 al presente, por diferentes gobiernos, así como los cambios en sus procesos. Para el caso Peruano se realizó un análisis documental del Programa de Capacitación Laboral Juvenil (PROJOVEN), programa promovido por el Ministerio de Trabajo y Promoción del Empleo (MTPE), se abordó los resultados de investigaciones académicas de diversos autores especialmente en los procesos operativos.

El Instituto para la Calidad PUCP cuenta con un sistema de gestión de la calidad y certificación ISO 9001:2015, lo que demuestra su compromiso con la excelencia educativa y mejora continua. Sin embargo, a pesar de contar con un sistema de gestión de calidad, los programas internacionales no están dentro del alcance de la certificación ISO 9001:2015, y por ende surgen problemas tales como sobrecostos y no alcanzar las metas de alumnos esperados. Based on the andragogical characteristics, this thesis explains the andragogical principles, the importance of adult education, the difference between learning and teaching of children and adults, the characteristics of adults and learning methodological strategies for the effective training of miners. Daily learning activities generate exchanges of ideas, doubts, and explanations between students and teachers. These dialogues and the possibility of asking a teacher questions disappear after classes. New automated communication tools developed with word processing programs, such as chatbots, have proven helpful in commerce and customer service. Some educational institutions are currently exploring the benefits of these programs in student care. This paper describes an exploratory study on the use of educational software and conversational agents in the teaching of programming; the objective is to identify the potential of this type of program to support teachers in the training of programmers and the accompaniment of students in their self-managed learning.
