Online translator training has grown considerably in recent years. The virtual classroom modality presents new challenges for instructors, including the need to address the students’ important socio-affective aspects. The socio-affective element in a virtual learning environment directly influences the learning process. This article aims to identify technological tools and how to manage them for use with students also their advantages and disadvantages for carrying out translations and interpretations. The type of research is quantitative, the procedure was worked through a virtual survey of 11 questions formulated to 143 students as a sample of the Foreign Language specialty of the Faculty of Education at the National University of Jorge Basadre Grohmann, Tacna-2020. With the results shown, the management of technological tools contributes positively to the teaching-learning process, students put into practice all the knowledge learned to achieve a neat product in translation and this way make these learnings meaningful.

In the age of the Internet, anonymous online users can form a societal reaction by posting large quantities of critique and insulting comments against (perceived) norm violations on social media. These so-called online firestorms, or Enjō in Japanese, tend to include aggressive behavior against the target. This research aims to reveal the dynamics of Enjō and explores how people communicate with each other in the formation process of Enjō by conducting a comparative case study. This study collects tweets posted in five Enjō cases and compares each case to create conceptual categories of the communication process of Enjō. This research study seeks to improve the efficiency of the production processes at a MSME metalworking company operating under the Make to Order (MTO) strategy. For these purposes, the authors first assessed the previous problems reported by the company, detecting a low efficiency rate of 69.56% in its production process, which generated an economic impact at 14.6%. Then, the design of a custom model based on several Lean Manufacturing tools, such as Sort and Set in Order Focused on the 5S, Visual Management Board and Work Standardization, production process efficiency improved by 6.4%, reprocessing experienced a 12.63% reduction, and search times decreased by 24 minutes. which translated into a 5.83% savings for the company. In fact, the proposed model generated positive improvements for the research study.

The growth of Peruvian exports has been remarkable in the last two decades, and especially in non-traditional products, which include vegetables, cereals, and fruit, among others. The study aimed to explore the psychometric properties of research competency scales published in the scientific literature in seven databases: Scopus, Web Of Science, ERIC, Embase, EBSCO, PubMed and SciELO between 2014 and June 2023. Thirteen papers were systematized, where 11 scales were found that measured content validity using indexes such as the S-CVI, Aiken's V and item-test correlations. Similarly, the results of the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) presented adequate fit indices such as CFI, GFI, TLI, SRMR and RMSEA, which validated the factor structure. Reliability was mostly evaluated through Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, yielding high and consistent values. Health consciousness has emerged as a key driver of healthy food purchase decisions in the post-pandemic era. Despite growing interest in health-oriented products, the psychological mechanisms through which health consciousness influences purchase intentions remain understudied. This research examined how health consciousness impacts healthy food purchase intentions through multiple psychological pathways, integrating the Theory of Planned Behavior with additional constructs.
