La investigación tiene como objetivo mejorar el nivel de comunicación en el uso del idioma inglés de los estudiantes en el VI semestre de carrera de Guía Oficial de Turismo en el Instituto Superior Tecnológico ESDIT. Para ello, se diseñó la investigación acción: "mejorando nuestras habilidades de habla en inglés", que considera los siguientes aspectos: hablar, leer y crear estrategias de escritura para la práctica de guiado en los destinos turísticos. In this article, I analyze the position that Father Jeffrey Klaiber had about the important role of reason and autonomy for the development of citizen awareness and for the construction of just and ethical people. In an anecdotal way, and making a review of some of his writings, this text presents Jeffrey Klaiber not only as a historian but also fundamentally as an educator fully aware of the need to promote personal autonomy as a source of regulation of action, and as an indispensable element for a democratic coexistence.

It was difficult for the interpretive opposing approach to fight the previous exclusive current with its ideographic approach to the study of a now subjective reality, which was consolidated and applied to practice with the transformative intention of the complementary socio-critical approach2, and through some of the qualitative methods: a) in the first approach, through the participant or non-participant ethnographic observation, instrumental, institutional, individual or collective study cases that provide understanding rather than previous description; b) in the second one, through the research-action or research based on the design that reverts the situation studied to free and improve it.

In today's society, educating and providing attention to student diversity is presented as a great challenge. The objective of this article was to analyze how the Universal Learning Design (DUA) affects attention to diversity. The methodology used was based on a qualitative-quantitative approach, with a descriptive and exploratory investigation, the methods used were analysis and synthesis to delve into the object of study using survey and interview techniques. This qualitative study (documentary and empirical) focuses on the teaching of educational research in institutions that train basic education teachers or professors in Peru. Specifically, and within the framework of research methodology courses (CMI), the following were studied: syllabi (programs); teachers' professional profiles (resumes); and the manuals or texts used. Likewise, educational research journals were analyzed and, in a complementary manner, interviews were conducted with teachers of these subjects. The results reveal the existence of positivist prejudices (which prevent the incorporation of qualitative methods and techniques), teaching guided by manuals that transmit a stereotyped and incomplete idea regarding research, and the limited experience of CMI teachers in research deployments in the field of educational sciences. The persistence of educational actions and mechanisms that increase the exclusion of large groups affect not only school failure and dropout, but also impact low social mobility, an increase social conflicts, and the reproduction of inequality. The objective of this article was to analyze the actions that teachers from different states of the Mexican Republic implemented to give continuity to the learning activities of students during the health contingency. Grounded Theory was used as an analysis tool and interviews were conducted through video calls with an intentional sample of twenty teachers.
