No solo debemos concentrarnos en la reconstrucción de la infraestructura en las zonas afectadas por sismos, sino, también, otorgar atención psicológica a los afectados. Aquí, se describen los procesos frente al miedo y a las diferentes formas de reacción experimentados en el terremoto del 15 de agosto. Sus consecuencias pueden observarse en diversos trastornos de estrés en la población afectada, ante los cuales hay que saber cómo reaccionar profesionalmente. Dada la situación sísmica del Perú, debemos construir una conciencia de la prevención en los medios de comunicación y el sistema educativo, y conocer la importancia de las brigadas psicológicas.

Kohlberg's theory of moral development is the most accurate approach, within psychology, to the concept of a communitarian morality, essentially with the Just Community approach to moral education. This article, however, asks about the coherence of this approach within the liberal deontological framework of the Kohlbergian theory. The article reviews the concept of community hold by Kohlberg's theory and the caring perspective, theories that eventhough assume different philosophical premises and a different concept of community, call for a communitarian ethics for the development of a real moral self.

The objective of this study was to test the efficiency of an educacional program (PECC) in order to improve moral reasoning and cognitive complexity. The sample was 18 tenth-grade students of both genders, aged 15-16 years. Even though there were no structural advances in the moral reasoning leve!, there was an increase of reasoning complexity and in the number of elements that the subjects were able to identify in social dilemma.

In an anecdotal way, and making a review of some of his writings, this text presents Jeffrey Klaiber not only as a historian but also fundamentally as an educator fully aware of the need to promote personal autonomy as a source of regulation of action, and as an indispensable element for a democratic coexistence.

El constructivismo nos permite conocer cómo construimos el conocimiento. No es una teoría psicológica ni una teoría educativa. Sin embargo, tiene implicaciones muy importantes en estas disciplinas. En este artículo analizo la postura que el padre Jeffrey Klaiber tuvo acerca del importante rol de la razón y la autonomía para el desarrollo de la conciencia ciudadana y para la construcción de personas justas y éticas. De un modo anecdótico, y haciendo una revisión de algunos de sus escritos, este texto nos presenta a Jeffrey Klaiber no sólo como historiador sino fundamentalmente como un educador plenamente consciente de la necesidad de fomentar la autonomía personal como fuente regulación de la acción, y como un elemento indispensable para una convivencia democrática.

This study explores the moral reasoning of a group of soccer players from the Shipibo-Konibo indigenous people concerning the use of various fouls and misconduct in such sport’s competitions. Through qualitative interviews, using written cards that show conflict situations in soccer games, the cultural secrets used to gain advantage over rivals are first identified. Afterwards, the beliefs and ways of moral reasoning of these players on the use of such secrets, as well as common fouls in soccer games, are examined. The results show the complex relationship that the specific cultural beliefs and worldviews have with the universal processes of moral reasoning common to people from different cultures.
