The evaluation of teaching performance is a process of reflection and improvement that provides the necessary mechanisms for teachers to improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of teacher performance evaluation in elementary education. The study method used was argumentative criticism based on an analysis of the literature on the subject. Thus, the approach (introduction), development (arguments), and conclusions are presented. As a conclusion, it has been obtained that the evaluation of teaching performance allows the optimization of resources and instruments in teaching practices. In this sense, it helps teachers to make decisions to improve their teaching.

The main purpose of the research was to analyze the evaluation of competencies, challenges and perspectives from the basic to the university level. It was theoretically based on the postulates ofexperts, who from their perspective allow contrasting their different conceptions on the subject in question. The evaluation from its multiple models starts from being an essential component in any teaching process. This article aimed to carry out a review on the state of the art of formative assessment with a view from its various strategies in regular basic education in students of regular basic education. A documentary review was carried out in the Scopus, Web of Science, Scielo and Redalyc databases, using selection and exclusion criteria. The main objective of its was to evaluate the development of scientific attitude according to the perception of basic education students, in public educational institutions in lockdown. The study carried out corresponds to a quantitative methodological approach, descriptive level, non-experimental, cross-sectional, comparative design. The study sample consisted of 555 students, of which 195 belonged to the third year of secondary school, 148 to the fourth year of secondary school and 212 to the fifth year of secondary school.For data collection, a scale designed online and distributed through from whatsapp. The processing and analysis of the results show that there is a deficient development of the scientific attitude, in addition there are no significant differences in the level of development of the scientific attitude, according to the degree of studies, chronological age and gender.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is considered a neurodevelopmental disorder, whose prevalence has increased in recent years, showing in some cases deficits in the cognitive area, with processing speed (PS) being one of the affected variables. Therefore, the present study aims to: 1) compare the scores obtained in relation to the PS variable between students aged 6 to 11 with ASD and their peers with neurotypical development in Metropolitan Lima; and 2) establish the PS profile of the included students with ASD. The objective of this research work is to identify the relationship between the evaluation paradigms, the evaluation of the teaching-learning process and the relationship between the types of evaluation, in students of the Professional Career of Mathematical Sciences and Informatics of the Faculty of Education of the National University of Central Peru. For this purpose, we worked on a population of 250 students distributed over five academic semesters, from which a sample of 95 students was obtained, to whom validated questionnaires and rubrics were applied. The research design was correlational. The results are significant between the paradigms and types of evaluation that are developed at the university level taking into account academic performance and its relationship with the National Basic Education Curriculum and the evaluation system of the National University of Central Peru.

In the process of educational inclusion, various ways have been tried to take advantage of the conditions in which basic education is developed, allowing the student with disabilities to learn with quality. Therefore, the purpose is to describe the design of strategies in inclusive education to improve the learning process in regular classrooms in the Peruvian Amazon.
