El articulo se propone examinar la noción del concepto clásico griego de la "vida buena” (eu zen, eudaimonia) como el objetivo práctico fundamental de la existencia humana y ofrecer una mirada novedosa a la oposición actual entre teorías teleológicas y no teleológicas sobre este tema, llevando a una re-evaluación de las contribuciones que aporta la filosofía antigua a este asunto. La forma del artículo es original: los autores han creado un diálogo entre dos personajes ficticios, cada uno de los cuales representa un enfoque filosófico distinto. Al hacerlo, quisieron rendir tributo a la obra de Sócrates y Platón, en el campo ético, y al mismo tiempo subrayar la relevancia actual de muchos elementos de esta obra en los estudios contemporáneos de filosofía moral.

El propósito de esta investigación es ofrecer una lectura de las convergencias (y divergencias) de estos dos filósofos entre sí y con respecto a los demás estoicos y otras influencias (entiéndase Sócrates, Platón y Aristóteles), y entre éstos a cínicos y epicúreos. ¿Por qué no dedico un estudio exclusivamente a uno de ellos? La distinción entre la filosofía moral del estoicismo tardío y la estoa antigua y media será para algunos una tarea en sí misma inútil y frívola. Pero esta distinción es importante. En cambio, aunque bien pueda hacerse, no es conveniente separar a dos filósofos que por “naturaleza” están unidos. Por el contrario, es más provechoso valerse de esta relación casi inmediata que hay entre Epicteto y Marco Aurelio.

Lima ofrece hoy la imagen de varias «ciudades» a su interior. Entre ellas tiene lugar una fragmentación sociocultural, expresada en distintas formas de sociabilidad y nuevos sentidos de pertenencia. Estas «ciudades» se comunican entre sí y se conectan con el mundo globalizado a través de los medios de comunicación masiva, y por medios virtuales. La metrópoli constituye así un «espacio comunicacional». Tomamos en cuenta los referentes materiales, simbólicos y comunicacionales que han transformado las formas de sociabilidad y la construcción de identidades en el escenario urbano de Lima.

Se describen y construyen perfiles de docentes universitarios de una universidad pública argentina respecto al uso de TIC en sus prácticas pedagógicas a partir de la aplicación de un cuestionario online sobre características personales y académicas, experiencias, formación y formas mediadas de comunicación con los estudiantes. Se hicieron análisis descriptivo, multivariado y de contenido. Los resultados muestran tres perfiles con posicionamientos diferenciales en aspectos tecnopedagógicos determinados por las preferencias y experiencias respecto al uso de Facebook, WhatsApp y Plataforma virtual. En las narraciones se observan posturas críticas diferenciales de acuerdo al perfil. La interpretación y discusión de los datos fueron contextualizados en un escenario poco favorecedor hacia el uso de TIC.

This work presents archaeological and osteological evidences of the investigation made in the site of Armatambo, which have allowed to define, in the osteological case, the pathological conditions of a sample from the Middle Ychsma population corresponding to the 22 de Octubre sector, also joining the associated objects belonging to each Funeral Context. The results show a significant bony alteration in all the analyzed individuals. This high osteopathological percentage would reflect a significant preponderance in types of labor activity and extreme violence in which their members lived.

In this study, the Markov Chains model was applied to identify areas with the highest risk of earthquakes in the geographic area of Lima - Ica, which is considered one of the most active seismic zones in Peru. There are few research works with the application of probabilistic models to earthquakes in Peru. In the present study we have used the information of the earthquakes that have occurred in Lima-Ica from 2017 to 2019 (IGP) and we have found that the Lima-Oeste area is the one with the highest risk of earthquakes, approaching this result , for the case of Lima, with the result found by other authors, with different methods.

The Protocol on Cybersecurity in International Arbitration constitutes an innovative proposal providing a rigorous approach aimed towards raising awareness on cybersecurity risks in arbitration for its participants. Likewise, it seeks to be a guide to which the parties and arbitrators can recur in order to determine which cybersecurity measures can reasonably be adopted. In the framework of public international law, the collective rights recognized and protected by the ILO Convention No. 169 on indigenous and tribal peoples (1969) are considered human rights. Considering that law and reality constantly feed each other, even more so in the emerging disruptive era, multiculturalism and interculturality, the rights approach, international protection systems and public international law allow to offer preliminary reflections that underline these relationships in the progressive recognition of the Convention as part of international human rights law.

El objetivo de este estudio es ver si existe un vínculo entre la gestión emocional y los entornos de aprendizaje virtuales en los niños de 5 años en el nivel inicial de educación en Chincha. Se trata de un estudio descriptivo, transversal, cuantitativa, con un diseño correlacional y no experimental. Se encuestaron un total de 60 niños. Cada instrumento fue validado por juicio de experto (3 jurados), se utilizó la estadística alfa de Cronbach para determinar la fiabilidad, y se utilizó una lista de cotejo para recoger datos. El grado de relación entre la gestión emocional y el entorno de aprendizaje virtual es de 0,875, con un valor p de 0,00, según los resultados de este estudio (p menor que 0,05). En consecuencia, se puede establecer una correlación positiva entre la gestión emocional y el entorno de aprendizaje virtual en una institución educativa en Chincha.

This project seeks to explore the phenomenon of earthquakes through the use of statistical tools, in this case to characterize and search for patterns of behavior of earthquakes, which have occurred in Peru in 2017; for this purpose, techniques such as Cluster Analysis and Time Series Models are used. First, the zones of greatest seismic activity have been identified and then their main characteristics have been found, as well as the interrelation between magnitude and depth. Apart from identifying the seismic zones, a small decreasing trend in the magnitude of earthquakes in Lima in the last three months has been observed. The study analyzes the various modernization projects at the Faculty of Medicine San Fernando, in the context of a serious institutional crisis at the end of the XXth century. Beginning from the thinking collective and thinking style categories proposed by Ludwick Fleck, we study the social and historical processes related to the different initiatives displayed in the ancient Peruvian school of medicine.
