In this article, a simulation model was developed to propose and evaluate improvements that increase the productivity of the production process of a manufacturing company and at the same time help achieve the company's objectives, for which the Promodel simulation software was used. The study begins with the conceptualization of the model explaining the operation of the production process of the company, detailing the transactions used in the operations and then presenting the layout of the model with the different locations, entities and resources provided by the production process. And finally the results of the model are transcribed with the new values of the variables that intervene in the process and with these values compare it with the current ones and obtain the conclusions of productivity improvement.

In this paper, we propose an optimization model for medical services processes to reduce waiting time using process mining. In medical services, there is a high percentage of dissatisfaction with medical care due to the processes related to appointment booking and waiting time for medical consultation. As a result, patients change medical services due to the urgency of the symptoms they suffer, generating distrust in health services in Peru. Through a medical information system, events of medical care processes are collected for analysis using the Celonis tool. Our location in the world makes us a country with a high seismic risk. Taking into account that the information produced during a seismic event is of vital importance for the study carried out by seismology, it is necessary to use the appropriate type of instrumentation to record these data. Currently, electronics provides the necessary technology for the study of phenomena of this type. The design and construction of a Digital Accelerograph will allow us to carry out a detailed study of a seismic movement and the effect caused on the structure of buildings. Finally, we can say that the construction of an instrument of this type at a low cost will allow repowering and increasing the CISMID accelerographic network and, in general, improve the knowledge of seismic phenomena at the national level.

This paper sets out to analyze some new rules of the New Criminal Procedure Code linked with the regulation of the civil action exercise in the criminal proceeding. The author indicates that the civil liability that is required in the criminal proceeding does not derivate from a commission of a crime: the crime has the penalty as a consequence and the civil wrong a civil penalty. The civil actor has to be interested on the existence of a damage, not that the fact that it is based on be a crime. An erroneous understanding of this issue caused that the civil action were conditioned to an emission of a condemnatory resolution due to the civil action is not accessory of the penalty. The article presents the development of a virtual ststion using LabVIEW, instrumentation virtual software made by National Instruments, software of virtual instrumentation, which allows monitoring and to supervise variables in real time in an industrial process. This system provides one interface graph of virtual control, considering the heat needed for the process in funtioning, nevertheless, the interferences generated towards the process can achieve an increase of the temperature to the system, incorporating an alarm to avoid losses in the production. Finally, option of sampling have been designed in the Control Panel, as quantity of information to measure, passes time, speed of sampling, quantity of taken information, to indicate the time in which some event has happened, etc. Important to facilitate the capture of decisions.

In the second half of 1974, when the agrarian reform in compliance with DL 17716 was in rapid application and when the reformism of the province of Andahuylas, department of Apurímac, organized in the Provincial Federation of Peasants of Andahuylas (FEPCA), frustrated in Waiting in vain for the advent of agrarian reform, they took the initiative to invade the haciendas and expel the landowners. There are several political events in the context of which the Andahuaylas peasant mobilization takes place: the expropriation of newspapers with national circulation, which sharpens the already tense relationship between the Military Government and sectors of the Peruvian right, the activation of popular movements and the Assembly of the National Agrarian Confederation (CNA), as an instance of mediation between the peasants who are beneficiaries of the agrarian reform and the Government.

According to the indigenous population of the Peruvian Amazon, the 20th century constituded a period of great changes. Jn the first decades, important events took place during the rubber period; in the following decades, and as a consequence of the previous events, the indigenous populations began to migrate and have contact with foreign populations. Halfway into the last century, the ashaninka population from High Perene (Chanchamayo-Junin) went through several changes, such as social, economic, and linguistic. Linguisticly, there was competition between Ashaninka-Spanish bilinguism and Ashaninka monolinguism. Jn the 70s and with the beginning of native communities (CCNN), schools were built, institutions of the official system of education, in which new methods were applied. Is in this context that written Spanish becomes a new activity assumed by the ashaninka population.

This article discusses the training of promoters in a program to promote community libraries. Systematization is a critical rearrangement of the events into an experience to understand the reasons that it develops in a specific way and not otherwise. Two processes are reconstructed first, the overall project cycle during which develops the experience and then, secondly, we present the development of process specific training of community. It ends by presenting the lessons learned identified and developed.
