The article presents the development of a virtual ststion using LabVIEW, instrumentation virtual software made by National Instruments, software of virtual instrumentation, which allows monitoring and to supervise variables in real time in an industrial process. This system provides one interface graph of virtual control, considering the heat needed for the process in funtioning, nevertheless, the interferences generated towards the process can achieve an increase of the temperature to the system, incorporating an alarm to avoid losses in the production. Finally, option of sampling have been designed in the Control Panel, as quantity of information to measure, passes time, speed of sampling, quantity of taken information, to indicate the time in which some event has happened, etc. Important to facilitate the capture of decisions.

This article discusses the importance and applications of the Database Management in Automated Processes, with the objective of to make a good control of the production and human resources, maintenance of the devices, processing of information for an adapted making decisions and the improvement of the Industrial Proccesses. To show the interaction software-hardware have been designed applications with Intouch Software during “I Curso Internacional de Supervisión y Automatización totalmente integrada” (SENA-Colombia), Microsoft SQL Server at the Centro de Manufactura Avanzada (CEMA-UNMSM) and LABVIEW in the company Equipment & Systems for Advanced Technology SAC (E-SAT PERU) and different hardware

The article presents an alternative for manufacturing and process industry, aims to integrate flow, pressure and temperature modules automated for Centro de Manufactura Avanzada (CEMA-UNMSM) through Microcontroller, responding to the need of the business sector, to improve their productivity by using economic technology to increase product quality and reduce manufacturing costs. The results achieved in the research is the integration of process control systems for CEMA, which brings in conclusion the feasibility of functional devices reduced installation space, versatile and easy process operation using software.
